Living room
A quintessential mountain retreat, the living area of Behind Closed Doors is furnished with comfy couches, fluffy throw pillows, and a coffee table that’s spacious enough for playing board games or card games. The coffee table also flips over and turns into a foosball table! What a perfect place to gather, relax, and play. The carpet is soft and will keep feet warm on those chilly mountain nights. The sofas are situated in front of a beautiful stone fireplace that runs on gas. Get cozy here on those cool Smoky Mountain nights. Charming mountain décor sits along the mantle, and a ceiling fan above allows you to keep the room cool on those warm summer days. A side table with a lamp sits between the sofa and love seat, offering some light for those who want to curl up with a good book. You can also flip on the big screen TV with DVD player in the corner and watch your favorite shows or movies. If you’re here for the holidays, put up your stockings and enjoy the perfectly homey feel of this room. It’s so cozy, you’ll want to spend hours just relaxing here.

Kitchen
Also on the main level is a fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with full-size appliances – a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave – and plenty of other utensils, tools, and dishes for preparing and enjoying meals in the cabin. There is ample counter space for prepping for meals, and a window above the sink showcases a wooded view. There is even a ceiling fan here, so you can cool off the room when the oven’s going. You’ll feel right at home in this well-equipped kitchen. Cooking in the cabin is also a great way to save some money while on vacation! Save on a few meals by cooking with family and friends. The kitchen is located just off the living area, so you can keep snacks easily accessible.

Dining area
A peaceful spot for in-cabin meals, the dining area features a table for four guests and a window with a wooded view. If you’re traveling as a couple, set the table for a romantic candlelit dinner. If you’re with family or friends, sit down for a hearty breakfast or a nice dinner before heading to the cozy living area to relax. The dining area is located just off the kitchen, so it will be easy to carry dishes into the dining area or to set up a buffet in the kitchen and get up for seconds.

Rec room
Upstairs, the rec room will provide entertainment for guests of all ages. Play a few rounds on the pool table or flip on the flat screen TV and watch some shows while you play. There is also a ceiling fan for those warmer days, and a laundry room off this area features a washer and dryer that are perfect for longer stays. For your convenience, there is also a bathroom just off the rec room. Both kids and adults will enjoy playing here on those rainy, cold, or lazy days around the cabin.

Bedroom
The master suite is a couple’s retreat, with a queen-size bed, luxurious bedding, and complementing curtains and décor. The rich red bedding is perfectly paired with the four-poster bed and soft red curtains. Flip on the bedside lamps to create a romantic atmosphere or watch your favorite late-night shows from bed. In the morning, start your day with a refreshing soak in the jetted tub. Its stone surround offers that classic cabin feel. Just light some candles and enjoy some romantic time in your lovely master suite. It will be a nice break from busy days and energetic kids! In the morning, wake up to the sunlight streaming in through the window. The wooded view is calming, and you’ll feel completely tucked away from it all. Just off the master bedroom is a full bathroom and a closet, providing a nice place to get ready and space to unpack.
