Many of you may have noticed our Flash Sales posted to our Facebook page. These short-notice, extremely discounted deals generate a huge buzz on social media, sometimes with more than 100,000 people seeing the post! Far from a scam or time-share gimmick, these Flash Sales are simply last-minute discounts on cabins that otherwise would have sat empty!
Flash Sales are based on availability; therefore we are unable to schedule these deals far in advance. We offer these deals to our Facebook fans that are able to travel on short notice, but do provide many other discounts for those who need a little more time to plan!
Some of these cabins go for as little at $15 dollars per night – a great deal no matter which way you look at it! When the Flash Sales are posted, we will designate a time to take the winning (first) caller. We have our reservationists use this clock to time the calls, putting everyone on the same playing field for the chance to win! All current Flash Sale information will be posted to our Facebook page and will not be posted on this website.
We do our best to offer a variety of cabins, from family-style retreats to luxurious honeymoon-style getaways. From pet-friendly to handicap accessible, we do our best to make sure that everyone gets a chance to stay in their dream cabin!
We ask that if you are calling in hopes to win a Flash Sale, please extend your patience to our hard-working staff. At one time we have no more than three reservationists answering phone calls, so the dozens of calls that come in for the Flash Sales can get a little hectic! Your call may be sent to voicemail or placed on hold in order to get the winner at the correct time.
Due to the short notice of the Flash Sales, you must have credit card payment ready at the time of call. We do not offer refunds to Flash Sale winners. We accept the Flash Sale winner and place the following three calls on hold – that way, if the winner backs out, the person that receives the sale is still the closest to the designated time.
There are a set of stipulations that apply to Flash Sales:
1) You must sign and return a reservation agreement before check-in.
2) No smoking.
3) No pets (unless the cabin is pet-friendly and the pet fee has been paid.)
In addition, it is important to us that our guests recognize and respect the sleeping limit for each cabin. We would appreciate it if our Flash Sale winners could snap a few photographs of their stay and send them to us! We also ask that the winner of the Flash Sale leaves a positive and accurate review on our FlipKey site.

I am so glad to hear that the Flash Sales are not promoting a Time Share program. Truly hope that I can win one of these one day. We have stayed in many cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and love, love , love to stay in them. My favortite place to be is in the Smokey Mountains!!! Will be looking for the next Flash Sale.
WE WERE THERE IN JULY .BUT OUR 24TH ANNIVERSARY IS THE 25TH OF AUGUST. I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT TO GET BAWAY THERE FOR THE WEEKEND. BECAUSE WE BOTH LOVED THE 3 DAYS WE STAYED THERE.LOVED THE CABIN.BUT DIDN’T REALLY SEE TO MANY ANIMALS ,SEEN DEER AND SNAKES.WANTED TO SEE SOME BEARS WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOME.

I knew that these flash sales were not a scam. These are very reputable people putting them on, and thanks to them, people like me who otherwise could not afford to go on vacation can go, even though its on short notice, that is how my husband and I always plan our Pigeon Forge vacations. He works on ad off throughout the year, and when he is laid off we can hurry and go before the next job begins, and also while we do have a little bank roll from the job he would have previously been on. I have never been in the position to take advantage of a flash sale, because either hubby has been laid off a while or like in our current situation he is working. but I still get excited when I see a flash sale and I do know who ever wins one will have excellent accomodations and a great price and will be able to enjoy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!
