Take the kids to theatrical dinner shows or go shopping at the many outlets before taking the short drive back to your cabin. Experience even more mountain city fun and take day trips to Gatlinburg, under 8 miles from Sherwood Forest!

Living Room
After a fun-filled day of whitewater rafting on the Pigeon River, turn on your favorite show on the big flat screen TV and settle into the cozy suede couches to unwind and relax. Easily start a warm fire in the rustic stacked-stone gas fireplace for a tranquil evening while sipping hot chocolate. After morning hikes through Cades Cove, take a peaceful nap in the faint afternoon light drifting in from beyond the trees and through the expansive windows. Set your drink on the black bear coffee table to get ready for your turn during the evening’s game of Charades with the family. Trade stories with another couple over glasses of wine while laughing and conversing in the warm glow of the fire before turning in for the night to your cozy bedroom.

Kitchen
Pull up a stool and talk to other guests as you sit at the breakfast bar and listen to the coffeemaker work its morning magic. The early day’s sunlight dreamily illuminates the quaint cabin kitchen as the sizzling bacon and eggs cook on the stovetop. Snag your toast and take a seat at the kitchen bar to enjoy your breakfast and your favorite magazine. In the evening, grab all the cookware your dinner recipe needs in this fully loaded kitchen to make a scrumptious meal in the comfort of your own cabin. With a refrigerator for leftovers and drinks, a stove/oven for making group meals, and plenty of kitchen extras, it will be easy to feed family and friends.

Dining Room
Pull a log chair out from the table and settle in around the charming wood dining room table for special time meals shared with family and friends. Enjoy a nice afternoon lunch in the natural light flowing in from the large nearby windows after a morning walking around the shops of Pigeon Forge, The Island, and the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community. Pass dinnertime dishes around the table for seconds while you laugh and fight over who jumped the most during your tour of Ripley’s Haunted Adventure. Clear the table and challenge another team to a game of Spades, or setup a competitive game of Scrabble to play while you munch on homemade brownies for dessert.

Bedrooms
Drift into a restful night’s sleep under the faint breeze of the overhead fan after you click off your reading lamp in the late evening. Turn the covers of the queen or king-size bed of each bedroom while your favorite late-night TV show plays nearby. In the upstairs bedroom, turn on the fireplace and relax in the leather armchair while you sip on some nighttime tea. When you lazily rise in the morning, get ready in your own bathroom before heading to the cabin’s kitchen for an easy before-exploring-downtown breakfast.

Game Room
Lean in and keep your game face on as you transform from a relaxed mountain visitor to a pool sleuth on the pool table in the rec room! Laugh into the late hours of the night and have some friendly competition with tree-studded views just through the windows here. As you wait your turn, enjoy a drink at the 2-person pub table and relax. Even if you just want to sit back and unwind, it’s a lovely spot for enjoying an afternoon in the cabin.

Outdoor Amenities
Settle into a log rocking chair in the early evening and watch as the fading sunlight magically illuminates the surrounding forestry. Let the soothing natural scenery and crisp mountain air calm your mind as you sip on your morning coffee on the patio. Cook up some hamburgers and hot dogs on the outdoor gas grill for an easy, serene picnic lunch in the shade. After long days of shopping in Gatlinburg and hiking through Cades Cove, slide into the warm, bubbly waters of the outdoor hot tub for some muscular rejuvenation.
