This fantastic Pigeon Forge cabin with room for up to 10 guests is located less than five miles from downtown! It’s convenient to some of the most popular attractions in the area, but it also offers plenty of entertainment on its own. Boasting enough amenities to keep both children and adults entertained, Highland Plunge offers the best of mountain living. Enjoy stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains, community amenities in the Sherwood Forest resort, a private indoor pool, a spacious home theater, stainless steel appliances, and a game room with more great views!

Bedroom 1
This bedroom is outfitted with all you need for a restful night. It has a king-size log bed with quilt, matching furniture, bedside lamps, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own bathroom, which makes getting ready a breeze.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed whose dark wood perfectly matches the nightstands. There are lamps on either side of the bed for reading or setting a romantic mood, and there is a matching dresser for unpacking your suitcase. At night, enjoy watching late-night shows on your own flat screen TV at the end of the bed. You’ll find another bathroom here, offering a convenient and private place to get ready.

Loft Bedroom
Featuring a king-size log bed and quilt, this sleeping area is located in the loft with the game area. At the end of the bed sits a unique canoe-shaped rug, perfectly complementing the mountain-themed lamps sitting on the nightstands on either side of the bed. You’ll also find a dresser with room for you to unpack, as well as a bathroom that’s easily accessible. With plenty of space to spread out and relax, this is a great room for a couple or for the kids!

Living room
The main living area in Highland Plunge is open to the kitchen and dining area. Great for watching TV and hanging out around the cabin, this room features a leather sofa, comfy chairs, and a coffee table large enough for playing board games and card games. On cool Smoky Mountain nights, gather around the stone gas fireplace in the corner to keep warm. On hot days, flip on the fan to stay cool inside. Turn on the flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows, or just relax with a good book as you enjoy the views.

Kitchen
This gorgeous kitchen is styled for the most discerning eyes, and it’s outfitted with everything a cook might need. It’s luxurious with stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, and lovely countertops, and it’s well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, and appliances. There is a fixture overhead that will provide plenty of light, and a rug underfoot that will keep you comfortable as you cook or do dishes. Cooking in the cabin is a great way to save money on eating out, and it’s a great opportunity to spend more time with family and friends. Just stock your full-size refrigerator with all your favorite drinks and snacks, along with the ingredients for your favorite homemade meals.

Dining area
Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a beautiful dining table set for six guests. The bench and seats are padded, and the dark wood complements the kitchen cabinets and décor. You can even enjoy the mountain views from the dining table, which is a peaceful and unique dining experience. Take a break from the hectic pace of life as you dine with the ones you love.

Game room
Located in the loft, the game room is open and spacious. The windows around the room showcase gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains, and they let in lots of natural light to keep the room feeling bright. You could spend hours in this fun room on rainy, hot, or lazy days around the cabin. A card table with stool seating sits in the corner, and guests playing cards can even watch the living room TV as they look out over the loft into the room below. Facing the windows and views is a comfy sofa that provides seating for those just hanging out. The game room also has an arcade game table with seating for two. Kids will love playing and adults will feel nostalgic as they test their arcade skills. You can watch TV on the flat screen in the corner or pull the blinds closed and get a quick nap on the cozy sofa. A ceiling fan is another nice amenity here, allowing you to keep the room cool and comfortable.

Home theater
One of the most impressive amenities at Highland Plunge, the private home theater is the perfect place to enjoy movies in the comfort of your own cabin. Forget popcorn on the floor, sticky seats, and kids kicking your chair. This home theater offers a large screen, comfortable theater-style seating, and classic movie décor without all of the hassle of a public theater. There is seating for eight (with cup holders), plus plenty of room for the kids to throw blankets, sleeping bags, or pillows on the floor. Just don’t forget the popcorn, candy, and soda!

Private indoor pool
A fantastic feature not found in most cabins, the private indoor pool at Highland Plunge is located in its own sunny room with more mountain views. Bright walls and light tile floors make the room feel fresh. With a private indoor pool, you can enjoy playing and lounging around the pool year round, and you won’t have to worry about the crowds or the weather. Along with the pool, this room is furnished with several seats and a table where you can play cards, read, or snack. Just bring along your favorite pool toys and have fun! When you’re finished splashing around, you’ll have easy access to the deck, where you can take in the fresh mountain air.

Deck
Take in the fresh mountain air and the stunning views as you relax outside at Highland Plunge. You can sit back with a glass of wine in the rocking chairs or unwind after a long day in town with a soak in the hot tub. It’s a perfectly romantic and relaxing spot, with screens on two sides to offer more privacy. In winter you can see the snow-capped mountains, and in fall you can watch as the landscape changes from green to the rich hues of red, orange, and gold.

Other amenities
Highland Plunge offers over 3,000 square feet of space, which is plenty for 10 guests to spread out. The master bedroom has a jetted tub, and two sleeper sofas in the cabin offer additional sleeping space. The cabin also has two Blu-ray players, wireless Internet, and a washer and dryer. Use the Internet to find upcoming events, and take advantage of the washer and dryer on longer stays. You can pack light and still have plenty of fresh clothes for your vacation. The location of this cabin is another perk – it offers community amenities in Sherwood Forest. During your stay, you’ll have access to an outdoor pool that has lots of seating and both sunny and shady spots. The parking at Highland Plunge is also easy, with a level lot and ample space for several cars.
