When you get away from home, you don’t want to miss out on all its comforts. The living room of Mountain View Meadows offers that homey feel while still offering some luxury as you’re relaxing. High ceilings with exposed wood beams make the space feel open and bright, while the warm wood walls keep it feeling cozy. In the corner, the stacked stone fireplace is rustic and stylish, offering that bit of warmth you want on a cool evening in the mountains. The sofas pair leather with a mountain motif, and a rug beneath the coffee table dons the symbol of the Smokies, the black bear. There is a log coffee table where you can play a board game, and décor in the room matches the mountain theme throughout the rest of the cabin. But the mountain feel of the room doesn’t mean you’ll be staying in a rustic log cabin. The high-end amenities keep the space feeling modern and keep you comfortable. Above the fireplace, a 55” flatscreen smart TV with a sound bar and Blu-ray player is perfect for ball games, movie nights, or just letting the kids watch cartoons before you climb out of bed in the mornings. There is also a lamp between the sofas, so those who like to curl up and read can flip on the lamp and enjoy a peaceful afternoon.
