There is still
strong generation of those who lived through and watched the
Elvis phenomenon happen in the United State. From screaming
girls, number one hits, to his marriage, to the birth of his
daughter, all the way to his death. Elvis Presley actions are
probably the most impersonated of any person in the history of
celebrities. Elvis Presley made an impact on music that changed
the course of music history. His personality and style brought

Pigeon Forge is
proud to have the Elvis museum in Pigeon Forge, TN. It was
opened in 1979, two years after the tragic death of Elvis
Presley. Mr. Moon the collector of these items started his
collection in 1971. Since Mr. Moons death his daughter has taken
over the collection and museum and runs it with her family in
Pigeon Forge, TN.
This museum was the
first to open outside the gates of Graceland and is a great
tribute to his life. If you are an Elvis fan or even lived
through this part of our American history this is something that
you are going to want to check out.
The museum includes
two of Elvis’ former vehicles, a lot of his jewelry, clothes and
much more. There four gift shops with in this Pigeon Forge
museum that offers everything Elvis. There are hats, shirts,
purses, jewelry, and more for sale, to take home to remember
your time at the Pigeon Forge Elvis museum.
One exciting thing
about this museum is the live show it offers with Elvis
Presley’s greatest hits.
Tickets range from
$12-$17 for regular admission to the museum. If you wish to see
to live show is about an extra $8. If you just want to see this
Pigeon Forge Show then the prices range from $20-30 per ticket.
These prices are for children (age 6) through adults and senior
citizens. Young children get in free!
