25th Annual Wilderness Wildlife Week
January 24 – 31, 2015
Held at the LeConte Center and in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the 25th Annual Wilderness Wildlife Week celebrates the natural beauty and history of the Smokies. The spring event is an entire week of free workshops, children’s activities, guided hikes, and much more.

21st Annual A Mountain Quiltfest
March 18 – 21, 2015
More than 60 quilting classes, a quilt show competition, and tons of quilts to browse make up this spring event at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. There will be more than $20,000 in cash and prizes for participating quilters, and those just visiting can view the fantastic fabrics, patterns, and colors of this huge variety of quilts.

Smoky Mountain Boogie
March 26 – 28, 2015
The 16th Annual Smoky Mountain Boogie will take attendees back to yesteryear. The 50s-themed event will feature a “Sweet Sixteen” party in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge, a “Sock Hop” Friday night, free beer on tap, free snacks, free dance workshops, and meals on Friday and Saturday! Tickets are just $65 until March 20, and $75 after that date.

Spring Rod Run
April 17 – 18, 2015
Car enthusiasts unite during this annual spring event – a favorite in Pigeon Forge. It’s one of the three major car shows during the year, along with the Fall Grand Rod Run and Shades of the Past. During the Spring Rod Run, gorgeous classic hot rods and muscle cars roll into town for one of the biggest car shows in the country! Visitors can stroll through the show, browsing the beautiful cars and buying accessories and parts from attending vendors.

Dolly’s Homecoming Parade
May 1, 2015
Welcome home, Dolly Parton! Dolly’s Homecoming Parade celebrates 30 years in 2015, with a celebration that’s sure to be bigger and better than ever! From traffic light #6 to traffic light #3, the Parkway will be lined with parade floats, marching bands, horses, and plenty of entertainers. Then, Dolly Parton – the grand marshal of the parade – will make an appearance and say hello to her hometown.
