Alamo Steakhouse
When writing this list, there was no way we could overlook one of the best in the area. The Alamo Steakhouse has been voted “Best Steaks” for six years…and it’s no wonder why! This restaurant prides themselves in their aged, hand cut steaks. Cut and seasoned in house, Alamo then grills your steak over an oak fire to sear and seal in all of the natural juices and flavors. Just as this restaurant puts great care into creating the perfect steak, they also take pride in the rest of their food. All steaks come with a crisp dinner salad and your choice of a side, including fries, mac and cheese, a veggie of the day, and more.

Calhoun’s
Great barbeque and delicious steaks go hand in hand – at least, that’s what we’ve learned at Calhouns! This local favorite is known for its succulent barbeque but offers a variety of steaks and prime rib to satisfy the carnivore in you. Choose from filet mignon, prime rib roasted with hickory, marinated ale steak topped with Worcestershire butter or barbeque steak braised with their famous barbeque sauce. Each steak entrée is served with homemade mashed potatoes and one side, varying from baked cinnamon apples to Tennessee corn pudding, spinach maria and more. You can also add a skewer of shrimp to the steak entrée for an additional tasty treat!

J.T. Hannah’s Kitchen
This dining destination offers a down-home feel with quick and friendly service. This Pigeon Forge steakhouse serves a variety of food, ranging from pasta to ribs, famous burgers and much more. Their 12 ounce ribeye steak is made with prime USDA-aged Omaha beef, some of the juiciest in town because it comes from the center of the loin. The chopped sirloin steak is also a hit, served with grilled onions and mushroom gravy. Choose from a soup or side and one additional side item, including homemade potato salad or potato chips, baked beans or buffalo chips.

Texas Roadhouse
You can’t go wrong with one of the most recognized chain steakhouses in the country! Texas Roadhouse is known for its accommodating staff and country atmosphere – complete with sing alongs and line dances! You can select your hand cut steak yourself from the counter in the front of the kitchen. Texas Roadhouse features every sort of cut you could ask for, from New York Strip steaks to Ft. Worth ribeyes, Porterhouse T-Bones, Dallas Filets and more. Their motto certainly rings true – “We want you to think it’s the best steak you’ve ever had, until the next one you order.”
