One thing you won’t find in a hotel is a fully equipped kitchen where you can make homemade meals during your stay. At Sherwood Sanctuary, enjoy coming together to whip up snacks and meals in this inviting space. You’ll have a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a Keurig 2.0 coffeemaker, blender, knife set, and other utensils and kitchen tools to make meal prep easier.
You’ll have ample counter space for prep, or you can set out a hot chocolate bar, a snack buffet, or a spread of catered food from a downtown restaurant. There are also 2 bar stools at the breakfast buffet, where you can sit down for a cup of coffee or let the kids eat breakfast before heading upstairs to play some games.
Just off the kitchen is the dining area of Sherwood Sanctuary. Here you’ll find a traditional dining table for 5 and windows all around so you can enjoy the wooded views. And because it’s open to the living room and kitchen, additional guests can eat and chat with those at the dining table. When you want to stay in the cabin, take advantage of this lovely space.
If you’d rather not do your own cooking, you can always get some food to-go or order some catering. Either way, it will be nice to have a place of your own to sit down for a meal away from the hustle and bustle of town.
