The cabin also has a big screen TV with DVD player and movie library for you to browse, high-speed wireless internet so you can stay connected or check out our blog for ideas on what to do, an inviting wood-burning fireplace where you can cozy up on cool mountain evenings, and more!

Living Room
Whether you’ve spent the day exploring the Smokies or you want to spend all day at the cabin, the living room of Lazy Bear Retreat will welcome you in. Plush seating surrounds the fireplace and big screen TV. Cozy up on the sofa or in the plump chairs, flip on the big screen TV and pop a movie from the library in the DVD player, and stay warm on cool mountain nights by the wood-burning fireplace that reaches sky high.

A charming bear lamp provides light for reading in the recliner, and the wood-and-glass coffee table is the spot for snacks, drinks, or even a board game. On rainy days, too-hot-to-go-outside days, or just lazy days, the living room at Lazy Bear Retreat will be the perfect place to be!

Kitchen
It’s easy to whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen of Lazy Bear Retreat, which features warm natural wood cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances (a double-door refrigerator, microwave, oven with stovetop, and dishwasher), a coffeemaker and toaster, and plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and tools.

You can prepare as you enjoy wooded views above the sink and beyond through the dining room, and guests can sit on the barstools at the island to chat while cooking. It’s also a great spot for kids to watch cartoons while having breakfast or to decorate holiday treats!

Dining Area
Enjoy meals together in the cabin in the dining space by the kitchen. It has a table for 4 (plus an extra chair) and wooded views. If you have a full house, let guests spread out to the kitchen island and the living room. When you’re not enjoying in-cabin meals, clear the table to play board games or card games, set up crafts for the kids, or do a puzzle on a rainy day.

Rec Room
When you’re ready to play, head upstairs to the rec room. You can play some foosball, flip on the flatscreen TV, or cozy up on the sofa with your feet up on the ottoman. It’s a great place to unwind, sneak in an afternoon nap, or end the evening.
