Step inside, set down your suitcases, and kick back on the sofa for a bit. You’ll probably spend a good portion of your time relaxing here.
Outfitted with a sofa, rocking chair, and cushioned chair, it has space for several guests to sit around the stacked stone (gas) fireplace and watch the big screen TV. On lazy afternoons or nights in the cabin, flip through the movie library and pop some popcorn. Play cards on the coffee table or just use it to have your game-day snacks on hand.
A Knotty Bear also offers an open floorplan, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen all open to each other. This makes it easy for guests to visit whether watching TV, lounging, eating, or getting meals prepped. The living room also features a full sleeper sofa, so there’s some extra space for other guests.

The semi-private loft in A Knotty Bear offers another queen-size bed and its own bathroom and closet. It’s a great space that feels like another bedroom, with nightstands and lamps, a dresser, and its own TV. There are even large windows framing wooded views, so you’ll feel tucked up among the trees as you rest here.
In its own alcove, a full futon offers some extra sleeping space or a place to kick up your feet with a good book. Set beneath a window, it will be a peaceful and private spot for enjoying some alone time.
A Knotty Bear is all about comfort and convenience, so you’ll also have a washer/dryer to make longer stays that much easier. The whole property is wooded, and there is enough flat space for kids to stretch their legs and play in the parking area. There is room for about 4 cars, or there is space to park a trailer. There is even a fire pit that’s perfect for fall and winter nights, along with a charcoal grill for barbecues.
