Just a few miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, Brink of Paradise provides a place to call home close to the excitement of the Parkway. This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin is also just a few miles from downtown Gatlinburg, so you’ll have double the restaurants, shops, and attractions at your fingertips. And while there are many great things to do, see, and taste nearby, the cabin provides enough amenities to keep you entertained and comfortable without leaving the cabin. With room for six guests, Brink of Paradise will be a homey escape for a family or several couples.

Living room
Warm and inviting, the living room of Brink of Paradise is furnished with two comfy sofas and a chair where you can curl up in front of the TV and relax. Carpet underfoot will provide a soft surface for kids playing, and beautiful wood walls add warmth to the room. A lovely stone fireplace in the corner is perfect for chilly fall and winter nights. On sunny days, enjoy the sunlight streaming in through the large windows in the room. As you gather with friends and family here, you can watch TV, watch movies with the DVD player, surf the net with the Wi-Fi, or play card games on the coffee table in the middle of the room. The spacious living area provides plenty of room for guests to spread out, relax, and play as they enjoy the gorgeous mountain views through the windows. With a glass door by the fireplace, the living room has easy access to the deck that boasts more beautiful views.

Kitchen
Complete with full-size appliances, a breakfast bar, and wooded views, the cozy kitchen in Brink of Paradise has everything you need to cook homemade meals and whip up snacks in the cabin. Elegant wood beams run across the ceiling, and white appliances brighten up the room. There is ample counter space for preparing meals, and you’ll find the dishes, utensils, and glasses needed for six guests. Sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy meals, or set out a spread of snacks for movie nights and game days. If you’re looking to save some money on vacation, cooking in the cabin is a great option. Just fill the refrigerator with local goods from the farmers market or your favorite drinks from the store, and you won’t have to run into town when you want a quick snack or meal.

Dining area
A lovely place to enjoy a meal with family or friends, the dining area of Brink of Paradise features a dining table set for four and plenty of space to mill around. A window by the table frames a peaceful wooded view. When you don’t feel like driving into town or eating out, prepare your own meals to enjoy in this nice dining area. Sit down for a hearty Southern breakfast in the morning, have a quick lunch between games of pool, or enjoy a fun family dinner together. Open to the kitchen and living room, the dining area is a great place to spend some quality time as a group. The open concept allows guests to visit as they watch TV, eat, or cook.

Rec room & Media room
Located on the lower level of Brink of Paradise, the rec room and media room are two more great places to relax while you’re in the cabin. The rec room boasts wooded views, seating, and a pool table that’s great for days when you just want to hang around the cabin. It will keep guests entertained for hours. The media room is also located here, offering both kids and adults a comfortable place to watch TV, listen to music, or just kick back on the sofa. You can even take an afternoon nap on the comfy sofa. When you want some fresh air, just step out on the deck – you’ll have easy access through the glass door by the pool table.

Bedrooms
Each located on a different level, the bedrooms in Brink of Paradise provide plenty of privacy. The king-size bed on the lower level is covered with a mountain-themed quilt and has a nightstand with a lamp by it – perfect for late-night reading. You can unpack in the dresser in the corner, and you can flip on the TV and watch your favorite shows before climbing out of bed. Just off the rec room and media room, the bedroom on the lower level is great for kids or adults who want to be close to the fun! The bedroom has its own bathroom with a large jetted tub where you can unwind and relax at the end of a long day. There are also 2 sleeper sofas in the cabin.

Upstairs in the loft, a second bedroom features another king-size bed and a view of the mountains. Enjoy a private bath here, or pamper yourself with a soak in the jetted tub in the corner. The wood beams and high ceilings blend to create a warm yet open space. In the mornings, enjoy waking up to the Smoky Mountain sunlight. At night, fall asleep to the twinkling stars over the mountains.

Outdoor spaces
Two levels of spacious decks give guests plenty of room for enjoying the great outdoors. Beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains stretch as far as the eye can see, and lush woods make you feel tucked away in the mountains. On the lower deck, hop in the hot tub to relax and soothe those tired muscles. The hot water will wash over you as you breathe in that cool mountain air. After a day of walking along the Parkway or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains, it will be a welcome rest. At the table for four, have a glass of wine or a snack on a nice day. Great place to stay close to everything! Plenty of space and gave room for my friends and I to spread out. Only comment is that you should bring your own towels the ones in the cabin are tiny haha!

Will return next year.

Weekend was great cabin was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like is a lot of light bulbs were out and outside little to no light. Hot tub did have any lights. Other then that we had a great weekend. Will return next year.
