Even on days when it rains, you can plan to stay in and use the beautiful and private indoor pool. Downtown Pigeon Forge is also nearby, offering dozens of restaurants, shops, and fun attractions for all ages.

You will have plenty of sleeping space for all your guests to rest after a full day of board games, shopping in Pigeon Forge, and swimming in the pool. The loft area provides a full-size bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa, in addition to the 2 bedrooms and another queen sleeper sofa on the main floor. The family trip wouldn’t be the same without every member, so be sure to bring your 4-legged friend to this pet-friendly cabin!

Living Room
Reconnect and relax on the plush sectional sofa in the soft daylight of the mountain afternoon in A Point of View’s luxuriously large living room. The expansive windows, natural warm tones of the exposed wood, and mountain themed décor draw you in as soon as you enter the front door. Lofty ceilings and broad windows overlooking the Smoky Mountains set the mood as an excellent space to gather with friends and family for a memorable holiday celebration. The kids are sure to love and remember the time you put together an exciting cabin movie night, brought along their favorite candy, and sat down with them to watch their favorite flick on the big flat screen TV.

Rally around the stone fireplace with the bridesmaids for your upcoming wedding and spend quality time chatting and sipping on some local wine before the big day. In the morning, lounge around the coffee table with tea and a current good read before everyone else wakes and the house is filled with conversations of the plans for the day. Sit around the high-top wooden card table in the sunlight for a game of cards while dinner is being prepared. With 4 chairs in addition to the dining room table, it’s ideal for additional seating during a large family meal.

The kitchen in A Point of View may make you want to cook more while on vacation, with granite countertops, natural wood cabinets, and sleek stainless-steel appliances. Oh, and mountain views while you whip up meals or do the dishes! It’s fully equipped with all the basics, from a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven to a built-in microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. Plus, you’ll find enough dishes, glasses, and utensils for group meals in the cabin. The kitchen also boasts lots of counter space, including a large island where you can prep meals or set out a buffet of snacks and drinks. It’s a beautiful, functional space where you can make delicious meals that will turn into beautiful memories with family and friends.

Dining Room
Drink, eat, and be merry with friends and family at the large wood dining room table in A Point of View! The 10-chair dining set encourages the Southern tradition of full bellies and full hearts. Recount old stories you’d hoped your mother forgot, chat about the day’s adventures, or sit back and soak in the joy of seeing everyone gathered around the table together for the first time in a while. The warmth of the wood interiors in the glow of the rustic chandelier will be the backdrop to many beautiful memories made with loved ones while communing in the Smoky Mountains.

Point of View offers 2 private bedrooms with elegant wood furnishings and quaint earth-tone quilts to crawl under for a comfortable night’s rest. Relax for a midday nap away from all the hustle and bustle of the group in either homey space with the convenience of your own flatscreen TV and soothing breeze from the ceiling fan. Shower off after a fun-filled day exploring the scenic nature of Cades Cove and change into your clean clothes with direct bathroom access from either room.

The master suite bathroom has plenty of primping space in front of a double vanity and boasts more amenities for a spa-like experience. Have a special, calming bath in the roomy tub as you slip into the warm waters and wash away stresses in view of the electric (remote controlled) fireplace. The two full bathrooms besides the master suite’s spa-like retreat offer space for more guests to get ready before heading into town for the night.

Game Loft
Sit back with a cold drink and watch a football game on the large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall as other guests play pool, foosball, and the 2-person arcade game. While you play and relax, enjoy the open feel offered by high ceilings and space for a group. With exposed wood beams, comfy seating, and games for a group, it’s the perfect place to spend a few hours – whether it’s a rainy morning, cold winter night, hot summer day, or lazy afternoon in the cabin.

Private Indoor Pool
Rain or shine, the heated (86 degrees) indoor pool just down the stairs means swimming and splashing, uninhibited by the weather! Relax on the pool’s stone surround as you dip your feet in the cool water. Flip on a movie for the kids as they play around in the pool or bring a float and enjoy a peaceful afternoon floating around. If you are determined to stay in shape despite all the good food you have enjoyed in Pigeon Forge at restaurants such as The Old Mill or Paula Dean’s, start your mornings with a few laps in the pool. The kids are sure to love the pool, but the fountains shooting across the water are sure to add to their excitement!

Outdoor Spaces
Use the wireless internet to listen to your next audio book or podcast outside, because you won’t want to take your eyes off the breathtaking views from Point of View’s deck. Bask in the Tennessee sun as you run your eyes across the mountain skyline for sights you will want to memorize. The sea of green meets the blue horizon miles away from where you stand. Autumn paints the mountains in fiery reds, golden yellows, and deep oranges for a heart-stirring natural show. Slowly sway back and forth as you catch up with family while sitting in the wooden rocking chairs outside.

On the lower deck, soak in the views from the soothing, bubbly hot tub to relax those legs from a day of shopping, playing at area attractions, and strolling the Parkway to explore. The separate picnic pavilion is perfect for grilling out and enjoying outdoor meals and offers more of those great mountain views. Have a large group? You can get 2 grills going at once; one under the pavilion cover and another a couple steps off the porch. While the food sizzles on the grill, grab some cold drinks and sit around the picnic table for a memorable night.

Smoky Mountain River Rat
