This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin in the Legacy Mountain Resort in Pigeon Forge features great views and a home theater with cozy seating and a big screen.
With room for 6 guests, it’s perfectly sized for a family or a small group of friends. It’s even cozy enough for a romantic couple’s escape! It’s also conveniently located near Pigeon Forge attractions, but it’s situated high enough in the mountains to boast great views. You’ll be not far from downtown entertainment, but you won’t run out of things to keep you entertained at the cabin. Olde Glory boasts a spacious home theater, pool table with views, arcade console, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Outfitted with a king-size log bed and matching furniture, the bedroom is a charming master retreat. Each side of the bed has its own log nightstand with lamp. At night, flip on the lamp for some reading or for a romantic atmosphere. The nightstands are also convenient for keeping cell phones, drinks, or TV remotes nearby. A mountain-themed quilt is spread over the bed that faces a TV in the corner. You can fall asleep watching your favorite shows, or you can just enjoy the nice mountain view out the window next to you. The warm wood walls are classic cabin style, and the carpet will keep your feet warm on those chilly mountain nights. There is also a ceiling fan, so you can keep the room cool on warmer days.
Just off the bedroom is a nice bathroom with ample counter space for unpacking your things to get ready. It features wood walls and a wood ceiling, which keep the room bright and fresh. A large mirror with a rustic frame and plenty of lights hangs above the sink. Off to the side is the jetted tub, which is the perfect place to have a refreshing soak at the beginning of the day or a relaxing bath before bed. Just light some candles and let your troubles melt away.
Boasting an open floor plan, the living area is perfect for guests who want to visit as they watch TV, read, cook, dine, or play pool! The big screen TV is flanked by a stylish leather sofa and loveseat. There is a large coffee table for playing games or having snacks on hand, and there are side tables with lamps for those who want to read. The living area also has a beautiful electric stone fireplace for those chilly Smoky Mountain nights. The soaring ceilings make the room feel big and open, and the many windows keep the space feeling bright. The windows also showcase the stunning views – one of the best parts of a vacation in the mountains! Next to the living room is a pool table that’s surrounded by more great views. What a great way to spend a few hours around the cabin.
Inviting and well equipped, the kitchen at Olde Glory is great for cooking meals in the cabin. If you want to forgo waiting at restaurants, or you just want to keep the vacation budget down, cook a few meals in this great space. It features lots of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with stool seating for three, and a view that will make you want to take your time cooking. With a full-size refrigerator, there is plenty of room to keep lots of drinks and snacks readily available. On those days when you don’t feel like leaving the cabin, this will be a much-appreciated amenity.
Open to the main living room and kitchen, the dining area features a nice table with seating for six. After you’ve prepared a home-cooked meal in the adjoining kitchen, sit down and enjoy a peaceful dinner with family and friends. You can sit at the table as a group or fill the table with a delicious spread and enjoy eating on the cozy sofas nearby. For couples, this dining table is perfect for a romantic candlelit dinner.
Offering a fantastic movie-watching experience, the home theater is a great alternative to a crowded and dirty movie theater. The room has big windows all around that let in lots of natural light when you want. When you’re ready for a movie, pull the curtains shut and kick back on the plush sofa or in the comfy recliner. There are whimsical bean bag chairs for the kids, movie posters, and a coffee table where you can set out your snacks. Pop some popcorn, bring your favorite candy and drinks, and enjoy! The home theater also boasts a 60-game arcade console with stool, so you can play games while watching movies on the large screen.
The upper deck is located just off the main living area, and it’s the perfect spot to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Relax as you enjoy the awesome views of the Great Smoky Mountains. When you want some fresh air, the spacious lower deck is the ideal place to be. Along with the stunning mountain views, the deck boasts a hot tub and a TV! At the end of a long day, unwind and soothe tired muscles in the hot tub. You can flip on the TV and watch a movie or your favorite late-night shows as you relax in the bubbling water. If you’re traveling as a couple, this spot will be romantic under the twinkling stars.
To keep guests comfortable, Olde Glory offers lots of great amenities. On nice days, fire up the grill for a cookout. You can enjoy burgers and steaks with the backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. The washer and dryer are convenient for longer stays; toss in a load of laundry after a day of hiking or have clean clothes before heading home. The Xbox 360 will keep the kids entertained for hours, and the Blu-ray and DVD players are nice perks. There are also two queen sleeper sofas that provide additional sleeping space for guests.
Pigeon Forge is a popular family destination because of its many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re traveling with kids or adults, you’ll find plenty to do downtown. Play laser tag and miniature golf, spend the day watching shows and riding roller coasters at Dollywood, or spend an afternoon exploring at The Old Mill. Located in Sevierville, Tennessee, Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park is the place to get your adrenaline pumping. Zip through the trees on a canopy tour, brave the highest climbing wall in the Smokies, take a 60-foot plunge, walk along America’s longest swinging bridge, raft along raging rapids, or take an extreme ATV tour in the Bear Crawler.
