Living Room
The living room of this Smoky Mountain vacation rental is welcoming and cozy. Sit back on the sofas in front of the big screen TV, curl up by the wood-burning fireplace flanked by armchairs, and spend quality time with loved ones here. It’s a great place to gather after a busy day along the Parkway in downtown Pigeon Forge or to enjoy some quiet time in the morning before the group gets up.

Find all the essentials in your full kitchen, including a coffeemaker, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, an oven with stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave, pots and pans, dishes and glasses, utensils, and cooking tools. 

Dining Area
Set the table for decadent holiday meals, birthday dinners, game-day snacks, and easy pizza dinners in the dining area of Laughing Bear. Open a jar of moonshine from Ole Smoky Moonshine, sip hot cocoa on a cool mountain night, or snack and hang out with a friend after a long day. The antler chandelier is a nice touch, and the long log table is great for homeschooling, crafts, puzzles, scrapbooking, or playing board games and cards. 

Rec Loft 
Head up to your game room in the rec loft, which is a fun place to hang out, play, and let the kids have a sleepover. Shoot pool on the pool table, play board games and cards at the table, and look out over the custom-made railing here. The space also has a twin bed with a trundle for extra sleeping space. 

Bedrooms
At night, retreat to the peaceful bedrooms. There is space to sleep up to 8 guests in all, with 3 bedrooms and king-size beds. Each bedroom has a TV, there is a twin-size bed with a trundle in the rec loft, and there are 2 bathrooms. Between the bathrooms, find a walk-in shower, a jetted tub, and a shower/tub combo. 

Outdoor Spaces
Get out and enjoy the fresh air and sounds of nature from the comfort of your vacation home. Watch the snow fall in winter, enjoy the changing leaves in fall, and take in the lush trees and blooms in spring and summer. Spread out across the wraparound deck – with wooded views all around – soak away stress in the bubbling hot tub, toss burgers and steaks on the charcoal grill, play cornhole, and unwind on the porch swing or in the rocking chairs.
