Way above expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. Stayed here for a long weekend with our family. The view is one of a kind and the 2 tier deck to view it is awesome. The cabin has a great layout with lots of open living space, with plenty of bedrooms and even bunks for the kids. Had everything we could think of in the kitchen (not the norm!!!) to stay in and make dinner with the family. It really has everything you’d need to stay in for a cabin week/weekend and you wont get bored. Movie theatre, indoor pool, yard games, and a hot tub! If you need a quick break or want to go grab a coffee theres a cute village market near the bottom of the mountain about 8 minutes away. Would go again, the only thing I’d do different is stay longer, and bring more people!

Loved this place. You will not be disappointed!! Our two families came together to stay for a wedding. We were a little skeptical at first due to no reviews but we were not disappointed. We loved the massive outdoor decks for relaxing and socializing, all the while taking in the beautiful view of the mountains. The indoor pool and games were fun for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals. The 2 refrigerators were very useful. We loved the privacy of a bathroom in every bedroom. House has a large parking area to accommodate all guests.

We just returned from our Easter Vacation at Beartopia. A week was not enough at this beautiful house. My kids are already asking when we can go back again. There was so much to do at the house. The pool, game room and movie theater room were the kids favorites. My husband enjoyed sitting on the porch with the stunning view of the mountains watching birds, butterflies, deer and even a turkey come through. When I was able to pull the kids away from everything at the house we found so many attractions nearby. Dollywood was a family favorite. We got season passes so we could go back several times during the week. We also enjoyed visiting The Island, sightseeing through the Smoky Mountains and horseback riding. All of us were super excited to see a wild bear on the side of the road near Gatlinburg! Can’t wait to go back again and see what other adventures await us.

It was a great house for four families on our trip. The TVs were a bit difficult to figure out, but the manager helped and got everything fixed when we had issues.

Beartopia exceeded every expectation. The cabin is incredibly spacious, perfect for our whole family, and thoughtfully designed with two of everything in the kitchen. The amenities are unlike anything we’ve seen before in a rental; an indoor pool, a private movie theatre, two outdoor fireplaces, and a deck overlooking a beautiful outdoor area. Although unorthodox for a review it was amazing to be able to back up to the front door and unload / load without having to go up and down a bunch of stairs. We were able to get to Sevierville and Gatlinburg easily to enjoy lunch and grocery pickup but didnt feel like we needed or wanted to leave the cabin. Brand new was also a perk. Loved it.

This beautiful new build is perfect for larger families or multi family vacations. The house offers spacious bedrooms, large beds, and each with their own private bathroom. While staying at Beartopia, we had plenty to keep us entertained. From the large indoor pool, to the game room, and even the movie theater, this house has something to offer every one of all ages. The views of Mount Le Conte from almost every room of the house were breathtaking. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio areas or by the fire. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and just a few miles from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful house.
