This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin with room for four is peacefully nestled among the trees of the Smoky Mountains. You’ll find welcoming spaces as soon as you arrive, from the all-log exterior to the cozy interior. It has all the comforts of home – a fully equipped kitchen, a TV in the bedroom, paved parking, and a grill – combined with the little extras you enjoy on vacation. Unwind in the hot tub, curl up in front of the fire, or get a great night’s sleep in the comfy king-size bed.
Step inside this cozy cabin to be welcomed by mountain-themed décor and soaring ceilings with exposed wood beams. The log interior is warm and inviting, and it provides that classic cabin feel. The living area is great for couples or small families, with enough seating for everyone. A plush sofa and matching chair sit in front of the lovely gas fireplace. There is also a glider for more seating, and it sits beneath a lamp that offers light for those late-night readers. The stone coffee table is large enough for playing board games or card games, or it’s a convenient place to keep snacks and drinks as you hang out and watch TV. On sunny days, enjoy the sunlight streaming in through the many windows in this cozy space. On lazy, rainy, or hot days outside, you’ll enjoy spending hours relaxing here. For your convenience, the bathroom is located just off this room, so it’s easily accessible from the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.
Just next to the living area and dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with all you need to make delicious homemade meals in the cabin. The light cabinets pair well with the white and black appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. Conveniences such as a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and knife set are also furnished, making it easy to whip up quick meals or snacks. If you want to save some money on vacation, cook a few of your own meals instead of eating out for every meal. If you don’t like to do your own cooking, head into town to try one of the many great Pigeon Forge restaurants. Then you can store your leftovers in the full-size refrigerator. Whether you cook a lot or just want to keep snacks on hand, the full kitchen will be a welcome amenity during your stay in the mountains.
Located in the kitchen, the dining area is a nice spot for a romantic dinner or a fun family meal. Open to both the kitchen and the living area, guests can visit whether they’re cooking, watching TV, or eating. The wood dining table features seating for four, and it sits over a Southwestern-style rug. On the days when you don’t feel like leaving the cabin for meals, you’ll love this peaceful spot. If you’re traveling as a couple, light some candles and enjoy a candlelit dinner in the privacy of your own cabin. If you have the kids with you, let them flip on some cartoons as they enjoy breakfast here.
A retreat from the hectic pace of everyday life, the master suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed with stylish bedding, lamps and nightstands on either side of the bed, a log dresser that holds the TV, and plenty of windows for lots of light. The high ceilings make the room feel large, and the windows keep the space light and bright during the day. You can sit back in the rocking chairs with a good book, catch up on the news without leaving bed, or just look out the window and enjoy the peace of the mountains. On the opposite side of the room, a half wall provides privacy for the indoor jetted tub. There are hooks where you can hang towels, and there is a log side table where you can keep bath essentials. A soak in the jetted tub is the perfect way to start your day or a great way to end the night. Bring along some candles or bath salts and just relax. Tucked away in the corner, you’ll begin to forget all the stresses of home. Or you can let the kids bring their favorite bath toys and have some fun! This large tub with tile surround is great for letting kids play their favorite bath games. Boasting much more than just a bed, the master suite is a welcoming place to spend your vacation time. The bathroom is just outside the room, so it’s also easily accessible from here. Need some fresh air? Walk right outside to enjoy access to the deck with hot tub.
Blue Mist boasts an open deck and covered porch, with lots of room to unwind. Take advantage of what the Smokies is all about – fresh air and beautiful wooded surroundings – on your spacious deck. At the end of a long day of exploring the attractions, restaurants, and shops of Pigeon Forge, let your muscles relax in the outdoor hot tub. With the woods around you, it’s a romantic place for you and the one you love to spend some time together. Or you can let the kids take a quick dip before heading off to bed. Around the other side of the cabin, the covered porch provides outdoor space to enjoy no matter the weather. Enjoy a glass of wine as you sit in the deck chairs, have an outdoor meal on a nice day at the picnic table, or end your evening by just breathing in the cool mountain air and looking at the twinkling stars above.
Aiming to provide the most convenience and comfort, Blue Mist offers many great amenities. You can bring along your favorite music to play on the CD player, pack some good movies to watch on the DVD player, or just enjoy the peaceful and secluded location the cabin provides. It really is the ideal couple’s retreat, secluded and private in the mountains. Catch up on that much-needed alone time or play and relax with the kids. No matter what you do, you’ll enjoy the time you spend at Blue Mist.
Although Blue Mist is secluded and quiet, it’s also conveniently located between downtown Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. You’ll have easy access to both exciting towns, giving you double the options for shopping, dining, and playing. Between the two towns, you’ll find dozens of shops, attractions, and restaurants to choose from. Some of the popular nearby attractions include:
