Two king-size beds provide some much-needed rest, sleeper sofas offer extra space, and an inviting gas fireplace in the living room offers a warm place to curl up on a cool mountain evening. You can end your nights in the outdoor hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout at the cabin, or just sit back on the deck with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee – made with the Keurig coffeemaker – while taking in the fantastic mountain views. While you’ll have plenty of chances to relax, Dreamcatcher offers more than just spaces to unwind. Stay entertained while in the cabin with TVs in every bedroom, an Xbox and Wii the kids will love, a big screen TV, and 4 Blu-ray players for your favorite movies or for the Netflix available in the cabin! You can even have a game night with board games and a foosball table for even more fun. And while there is plenty to keep you happy at the cabin, Dreamcatcher also offers a short drive to area restaurants and attractions.
Two comfy leather sofas offer plenty of seating for days when you just want to hang out around the cabin. The living room features rustic log walls and exposed wood beams, along with a lovely stone fireplace that will keep the room warm on those cool mountain nights. Just flip on the big screen TV and watch movies on the Blu-ray player or catch the ball game. The cabin also has a Wii and Xbox, which the kids (and kids at heart) will love! A nice big area rug is a soft spot where the little ones can play, and the coffee table offers a convenient spot for drinks and snacks. You’ll get plenty of natural light with the many windows around the room, and an open floor plan will make it easy for guests to visit, whether cooking in the kitchen, eating in the dining room, or hanging out in the living room. After long days sightseeing, hiking, or shopping, you’ll appreciate this comfortable, private place to call home.
The rustic yet updated feel of the cabin continues into the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find all the tools and appliances you need to whip up snacks or make family-style meals in the cabin. Bring home leftovers or store your favorite drinks and snacks in the full-size refrigerator, brew your morning cup of coffee with the Keurig coffeemaker, or set out a buffet of snacks for game day on the breakfast bar. There are three stools for seating at the breakfast bar, and the kitchen is equipped with the dishes, glasses, and utensils you need. Of course, if you don’t do much cooking, you can always just bring back dinner from an area restaurant just a few miles away in downtown Pigeon Forge.
Gathering for family-style meals is a wonderful way to get quality time together while on vacation. Dreamcatcher makes this easy, offering a beautiful dining area where family and friends can gather. It features a rectangular dining table with seating for 6 set over a large area rug. Large windows around the room keep the space feeling bright and open, while the rustic log walls keep the room grounded and cozy. When you don’t want to go out to eat, Dreamcatcher’s dining room will be the place to enjoy big mountain breakfasts, a nice picnic lunch, or a romantic candlelit dinner for couples.
Upstairs, a laid-back rec room provides a comfortable place for both kids and adults to relax and hang out. Along with exposed wood beams, you’ll find a comfy couch with a coffee table large enough to play board games (with some already in the cabin!) or card games. Some guests can gather around the table for a game night while others challenge one another to a few games of foosball! It also boasts a big screen TV with an Xbox and a Wii for tons of fun! On cold mountain nights, rainy days, or hot summer afternoons, this cool room will be the place to unwind and enjoy some time away from it all in a private mountain cabin.
Both of the bedrooms in Dreamcatcher feature king-size beds, so there will be no fighting over the bedrooms! They also have their own TVs, so every guest can fall asleep to a favorite late-night show or catch up on the news before climbing out of bed in the morning. Conveniences like side tables and lamps are nice and will help make you feel a bit more at home. If you need a little extra sleeping space, Dreamcatcher has 2 sleeper sofas for kids or additional guests.
A trip to the Great Smoky Mountains isn’t complete without some time spent in the great outdoors. Dreamcatcher’s outdoor spaces don’t disappoint, offering even more places to relax and enjoy your Pigeon Forge vacation. When you pull up to Dreamcatcher, you’ll be greeted by a rustic log exterior and spacious wraparound porch. From it you can view peaks and valleys of the Smoky Mountains year-round. Winter will bring icicles and snow-capped mountains, fall will usher in the changing of the leaves, and spring and summer will feature bright green trees and blooming wildflowers. Grab your cup of coffee in the mornings and head out onto the deck to enjoy the view from the glider chairs, rocking chairs, or porch swing. At night, take a dip in the hot tub (with a privacy screen) before climbing into bed.
When you’re staying a bit longer, the washer/dryer in Dreamcatcher will be very convenient. Freshen up clothes after playing around outside or walking up and down the Parkway. The cabin also has a charcoal grill for cooking burgers and steaks and Wi-Fi that makes it easy to see what events are going on during your stay. You can also check out our blog, where we feature area attractions and restaurants, offer travel tips, give you details about upcoming events, and offer fun and easy recipes to try in the cabin! The cabin also features a flat, paved driveway – making it motorcycle friendly – along with access to Netflix in all the bedrooms (via the Blu-ray players)!
