Here you can turn on the big screen TV – equipped with Hulu and Amazon Prime access if you have a login. The electric (heated) fireplace is perfect for those cool mountain evenings. Kitchen
Outfitted with all you need to prepare delicious meals, make drinks, or whip up snacks for the group, the fully equipped kitchen is a chic, modern, and inviting space. Stone countertops pair perfectly with open shelving and sleek appliances. The island features pendant lighting and barstools so guests can chat or sip with the chef of the group.

The cabinets are stocked with dishes, mugs and glasses, utensils, pots and pans, and other cooking tools for guests to use. There is a standard drip coffeemaker as well, along with a glass-top stove for making meals. Easily make holiday meals, pack picnic lunches for a scenic drive, or just reheat leftovers from The Old Mill, Corky’s BBQ, and favorites downtown.

Dining Area
The dining area of this mountain getaway is just as chic as the kitchen. More picture windows frame those sun-drenched views, offering an elegant and memorable space to enjoy meals. Gather around the mountain-yet-modern table for a birthday dinner, a girls’ night, a fun family breakfast, or an easy pizza lunch on a laid-back day around the cabin.

The sidebar offers a spot for drinks or extra dishes – or a great place to set out desserts and after-dinner drinks. There are 2 armchairs here as well for some extra space if you have a full house.

Theater Room
It’s movie time! Enjoy your own home theater in this luxurious Smoky Mountain cabin, where kids can watch cartoons, friends can gather for comedies and action flicks, and couples can cozy up for romantic comedies. The space features a popcorn machine, movie posters, recessed lighting, tiered sofa seating, and a huge 86-inch LG TV!  This TV also has access to Amazon Prime and Hulu, so you can use your logins and binge your favorite shows.

Rec Room
Possibly your group’s favorite space, the game room takes game night to the next level. This awesome space features large picture windows letting in lots of natural light, a cozy fireplace, a big screen TV, a futon, and chairs with tabletop lamps. Here you can unwind with some shows, have a little afternoon nap, or read and relax.

Ready to play? Challenge someone to a game of air hockey, show off your gaming skills on the classic arcade cabinet, or have fun on the foosball table! Between games, sit at the high-top table for a snack or play some cards.

Another great feature here is the kitchenette, complete with a beautiful bar and barstools, open shelving with plenty of glasses, a sink, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a mini fridge so you can easily keep snacks on hand.

Bedrooms
After busy days, find the perfect bedroom to rest and rejuvenate. Each space is unique and comfortable, with a plush king-size bed, custom furniture, and a ceiling fan for hot sleepers. Two of the king suites boast direct deck access, so guests can step outside for some fresh air before joining the group.

The game room has 1 king-size futon, the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, and the theater room has another sleeper. There are also 5 full bathrooms – 4 are en-suite baths – with a mix of tiled walk-in showers (3) and shower/tub combos (2).

Outdoor Spaces
While the interiors of Sugar Tree Chalet are stunning, you’ll be equally impressed with the outdoor spaces. The outdoor amenities here are gorgeous and fun, with 2 covered decks offering lots of space to relax in a rocking chair and enjoy the views. The firepit is the place to gather at night, watching the stars twinkle overhead and sharing stories of the day. The hot tub on the deck is not to be missed, and there is a grill for barbecues as well!

One of the perks of this cabin is grassy space around – a unique feature at a mountain cabin. Throw around a ball or let the kids burn off some energy while you hang out here. The roads leading to the property are paved and flat, and the driveway is steep and paved with space for 3 vehicles.
