As you pull up to this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin for 6, a rustic log exterior and inviting front porch with easy-access ramp will welcome you. Surrounded by the trees of the Smoky Mountains and outfitted with comfortable furnishings and a long list of amenities, Cozy Bear is just what its name suggests – a cozy escape in the Great Smoky Mountains. It sits in a quaint gated community in Pigeon Forge, TN, and it’s just about 7 miles from downtown. Enjoy peaceful evenings in the mountains without sacrificing the convenience of being near area attractions, shops, and restaurants. At the cabin, you’ll find everything you need to have a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway. You can soak in the outdoor hot tub, play a few rounds of pool, have a cup of coffee in the rocking chairs, fire up the gas grill for a cookout, or curl up in front of the fireplace to watch movies on the DVD player. Cozy Bear also features the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite TV, CD player, and more. All this less than 7 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge – you can’t go wrong! With two bedrooms and enough space for 6, it can accommodate a range of vacations. Living room
A comfortable place where families and friends will gather to plan out the week’s adventures, reminisce, and unwind, the living room of Cozy Bear features comfy seating with a unique mountain motif. In the center of the room, a log coffee table is fun and functional, serving as a space for playing board games or card games or keeping snacks and drinks nearby. Kids will have space to play and crawl around on the floor while the adults kick up their feet and relax. And because the room features an open floor plan, the room lends itself to easy conversation between guests in the dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen of Cozy Bear opens up to the dining area and kitchen. It’s a mix of modern appliances and charming mountain features, making it a place you’ll want to spend some time. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffeemaker, and plenty of dishes, tools, and utensils for making meals in the cabin. There is seating for 2 at the breakfast bar, or you can use that space to set out a buffet of game-day snacks or holiday treats. As you cook, you can visit with those in the dining and living areas, or you can just enjoy the peaceful wooded views through the windows.

Dining area
Enjoy family-style meals in this cozy cabin in the dining area that sits between the kitchen and living room. The natural wood and white table with a bench and chairs provides a convenient place to sit down for country breakfasts, peaceful lunches, and hearty homemade dinners. When you don’t feel like cooking, just grab something from downtown and enjoy leftovers at the table.

Rec room
Complete with pool table and TV, the rec room of Cozy Bear offers a fun place to play whenever you don’t want to get out of the cabin. Whether it’s rainy, too hot, or too cold, it will be the perfect place to spend a few hours. Both kids and adults will love this inviting room. There is also a futon here, so guests who aren’t playing can kick back and relax. Or you can use the futon for some additional sleeping space.

Both of the bedrooms in Cozy Bear offer unique log furniture and a comfortable place to rest after busy days checking out the restaurants, attractions, and shops of downtown Pigeon Forge. On the main floor, find a comfortable king-size bed, a dresser where you can unpack some things, and a TV. You can fall asleep watching your favorite late-night shows, or you can wake up to a peaceful wooded view through the windows all around the room. Upstairs, a second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. Both are relaxing escapes from a busy schedule, complete with bear motif that simply adds to the Smoky Mountain charm.

Outdoor spaces
Don’t miss out on some great outdoor time when you stay at Cozy Bear. Although the interiors are fun and relaxing, you’ll also find some great outdoor spaces at the cabin. Head onto the deck at the end of the day for a soothing soak in the hot tub. Surrounded by trees and covered by the deck, it’s a private place you can enjoy no matter the weather! Or start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee in the rocking chairs here. As you sit, you’ll feel completely swept away, set high atop the trees! Around the front of the cabin, find more rocking chairs for lazy afternoons. Just imagine having a glass of ice-cold lemonade while delving into that book you haven’t had time to crack open. The front porch even features whimsical mountain carvings, including bears and trees.

At Cozy Bear, you’ll find easy arrivals with a flat parking area and a ramp up to the front porch. It will be a breeze to unpack the car and get started on your Smoky Mountain vacation. This handicap-friendly cabin also boasts community pool access, a DVD player and CD player, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Cozy Bear is located about 7 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, keeping you close to many of the great attractions, shops, and restaurants in the area.
