This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has space to sleep up to 8 guests and is a single level for guest convenience. Plus, this Pigeon Forge cabin is pet friendly, so you won’t have to board your dog while away!

Start your days at Greenbrier Retreat with a cup of coffee on the deck. Listen to the trees blow with the breeze. Make breakfast in the home’s fully equipped kitchen, which features dishes and glassware, utensils and cooking tools, and appliances. Use the gas grill for a barbecue for lunch before climbing into the bubbling outdoor hot tub to unwind.

On laid-back mountain nights, get cozy by the fireplace while you chat and relax. Flip on the big screen TV and pop a movie in the Blu-ray player or have fun with the Pac-Man arcade game! Bedrooms also boast big screen TVs, and the home has high speed internet as well.

Other conveniences include a washer and dryer, a flat driveway for easy unpacking, space to park a trailer, and keyless entry so you don’t have to check in at an office. There is even a wonderful grassy yard where you can toss around a ball, play with the kids, or set up yard games you brought from home. And at the end of the night, gather around the firepit outside with a drink.

Aptly named, Greenbrier Retreat is conveniently located just 1 minute from the Greenbrier entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Easily pop over to this top national park to go fishing, picnic by the water, go on a hike, take a horseback ride, or just walk around and explore the historic homes and buildings! You may even spot a black bear – just keep your distance. And because of its location, you can easily skip the Pigeon Forge and Sevierville traffic by taking I40 to US231.

Living Room
Make yourself at home in the welcoming living room of Greenbrier Retreat. After a busy day having fun in downtown Pigeon Forge, playing at Dollywood, and shopping at the outlets, come back to your Pigeon Forge getaway. Cozy up on the sofa, turn on the electric fireplace to make the room feel cozy, read a book, and chat with family and friends.

Turn on the big screen TV that’s mounted on the wall and just enjoy hanging out in your cozy cabin. Windows frame the wooded views, perfect for enjoying the changing leaves in fall and the falling snow in winter. In summer, use the ceiling fan to keep cool while you unwind.

Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and Greenbrier Retreat offers a full kitchen for your group. Easily keep the group fed and happy here. It features stainless steel appliances, dishes and glassware, utensils, and more. Enjoy a double-door refrigerator with a bottom-drawer freezer, an oven with a glass stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The kitchen also has small appliances like a coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. If you’re not into cooking, you’ll have a great place to store and reheat leftovers from meals at area restaurants.

Dining Area
Gather at the dining table for family-style meals, easy lunches, or romantic dinners once the kids have gone to bed. The large table can seat a group, and there are extra chairs around. Have a big breakfast before a hike, pack up picnic lunches for a scenic drive, or set the table for an elegant holiday meal.

Later, clear the table and find one of the board games in the cabin for a family game night! With the kitchen nearby, you can easily grab snacks and drinks while you play late into the night. It’s also a great spot for homeschooling, catching up on work, doing puzzles, crafting, scrapbooking, and more.

Each room will feel like a private retreat where you can escape at the end of the day.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and the sounds of nature in your outdoor spaces at Greenbrier Retreat. Sit back in the hot tub on the deck as you look at the stars above. Toss some burgers and steaks on the grill for dinner before gathering around the firepit for drinks and late-night chats.

Greenbrier Retreat also boasts a nice yard with flat space, which can be a rarity in the mountains! Bring a ball to kick or throw around, set up your favorite yard games brought from home, or just let the kids burn off some energy. And because the cabin is pet friendly, you can enjoy letting your pup run around.

Roads leading to the cabin are flat and paved, and the driveway is flat and gravel with parking for 3 vehicles. There is also room for a trailer.

This mini vacation was awesome, our rental was absolutely the best place we have stayed yet, it had plenty of room, our family wants to thank Greenbriar for being honesty and have the unit cleaned and ready.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Everything was very up to date and the kitchen was stocked with appliances. The best part that isn’t even shown in the pictures was the fire pit and the cave out of the side of the mountain! Very cool and the kids loved it. The hot tub was very nice and clean as well. We absolutely loved staying here. The only down side for us was there wasn’t any fans in the bedrooms haha. It’s very quite at night so if you can’t sleep somewhere quite bring a fan. All the bedrooms have smart tvs which was nice too. It’s next to a busier road so you’ll hear that in the morning mostly but it’s not super bad at all. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance!
