When you step into the large living room of Hudson’s Hideaway, you’re stepping into the height of luxury and comfort. The large, leather sectional and accompanying ottoman will be the first to get your attention. Other seating in the open-concept living room includes a glider chair, bench, and matching straight-back chair. The dining area in this cabin is a cozy nook connected to the kitchen. There is bench-style seating that wraps around the corner and an adjacent bench as well as a stool. The small table can fit four or five, but that’s not a problem in this cabin’s open-concept layout. The living room of Hudson’s Hideaway is open to the kitchen, so the majority of your party can eat in comfort as they relax on the couch. You’ll also find a picnic table on the porch for extra seating during mealtime. The dining area inside the cabin can also serve as a peaceful space in the mornings for reading or sipping coffee. A large window behind the table that overlooks the Smoky Mountain treeline makes this space a true treat for those quieter moments.
One really exciting feature of Hudson’s Hideaway is its huge theater room! A great space for kids and adults alike, this room contains 10 theater-style seats that are all pointed toward a large screen with a projector mounted overhead. Speakers and movie posters are located around the room, creating a in-cabin movie experience like no other. And there’s plenty of floor space for the little ones to curl up with a blanket and pillow. Pop some popcorn, mix up your favorite drinks, and enjoy a private theater experience from the comfort of your cabin—a perfect activity for the evenings after the sun goes down or rainy afternoons in the Smokies.
When the movie is over, don’t worry—the fun has just begun in Hudson’s Hideaway! Besides a private theater room, this cabin also boasts a large rec room where everyone will enjoy a game or pool or a turn on the arcade. In this rec space, you’ll find a flat-screen TV where you can catch your favorite shows and plenty of seating for everyone who wants to play, including a futon, log chairs, and log stools. You’ll also have a large window behind the futon offering gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountain woods.
Hudson’s Hideaway offers three bedrooms and three fulls bathrooms, providing up to 12 guests with everything they’ll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All of the bedrooms feature beautiful log furnishings, comforts of home like ceiling fans and TVs, and charming mountain décor that continues the motif found throughout this Pigeon Forge cabin. The first bedroom also features a plush chair and couch as well as windows with sweeping views. The second bedroom provides a plush leather chair and the third bedroom has private access to one of the cabin’s decks. If you need more sleeping space than that, be sure to take advantage of the cabin’s two futons and sleeper sofa during your stay.
This Pigeon Forge cabin provides access to two different decks. The open-air deck has a log rocking bench, two rocking chairs with a small table, and a large picnic table, providing extra seating for mealtime. The lower deck is covered and contains a favorite feature you’ll find in most of our Pigeon Forge cabins—an outdoor hot tub. This is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking or rafting the Big Pigeon River. And you can use this hot tub all year long, enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountain hills in the fall as the leaves fall off the trees.
