Description
Conveniently located in the Bear Cove Falls cabin community, Hummingbird Hill Lodge is just 3 miles from the ever-popular Dollywood theme park! A quick drive will also have you in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge, where you’ll find tons of entertainment, food, and shopping for your vacation in the Smokies. There is even a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill, making it easy (and cost-effective) to ride around town. But with all the amenities and stylish finishes of this 6-bedroom beauty, you may not want to leave the cabin!
Along with 6 bedrooms, Hummingbird Hill Lodge has 6 bathrooms and space to sleep up to 20 guests. It beautifully mixes form and function, with 3,600 square feet of space, the conveniences of home, modern mountain interiors, luxury amenities, and space to both play and relax. Start mornings with coffee in the rocking chairs on the deck as you enjoy the mountain and wooded views, and then head inside to make great meals in the inviting kitchen.
Hummingbird Hill Lodge has entertainment covered, with a private home theater with big screen TV and DVD and Blu-ray players, air hockey and foosball, arcade games, and Wi-Fi so you can stay connected – when you want to. When you want to relax, have a drink at the picnic table on the deck, climb into the soothing outdoor hot tub, or cozy up in the living room by the fireplace. At night, bedrooms are welcome with 4 king-size beds, 2 queen-size bunks, and 1 twin-size bunk – all with TVs.
Living Room
Gather in the living room after a busy day to chat about the adventures you had – and start planning for tomorrow. Sofas are gathered around a stacked stone (electric, no heat) fireplace that makes the room feel cozy at night. Read a good book, chat with friends, enjoy a quick nap, or flip on the flatscreen TV and just kick up your feet. The open concept makes it easy to chat with guests who are cooking or having a meal just steps away in the kitchen.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen in Hummingbird Hill Lodge is outfitted for easy group meals. It has lots of counter space with bar seating, nice slate appliances – a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven/stovetop. The dark wood cabinets stand out from the light log walls and light stone countertops, giving the space an elegant feel. Enjoy cooking meals here, whipping up snacks, or just reheating leftovers after meals downtown. The large counter is also great for setting out holiday spreads or things for guests to munch on while hanging out at the cabin all day.
Dining Area
Enjoy meals together in the dining space, which features a table for 12, a smaller table for 3, and bar seating for 5 guests. Additional guests can spread out into the living room or out onto the deck on nice days, so there are plenty of places for guests to enjoy meals at the cabin. And when mealtime is over, clear the table and make this your game-night hub. Bring along board games and card games or set up crafts or holiday treats for the kids to decorate!
Theater Room
Have a great movie night in the theater room of this Pigeon Forge gem. Tiered seating means a great seat for everyone, and the theater seats have cup holders for your favorite beverages. Just pop some popcorn in the kitchen, have your favorite candy on hand, and get ready for an awesome movie night in the cabin! There are even some bean bags kids will love, and of course, there is a big screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray players.
Rec Room
Vacation isn’t complete without some fun and games, and at Hummingbird Hill Lodge, you don’t even have to leave the cabin for that. Hang out in the rec room to play foosball, watch some TV, test your skills on the arcade game console, and challenge someone to air hockey! A small sidebar has space for your drinks, and a window lets in some natural light and wooded views.
Bedrooms
At night, the bedrooms of Hummingbird Hill Lodge are welcome retreats. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, and many have direct deck access. There are king-size beds in 4 bedrooms, while 2 bedrooms have queen-size bunks. For more space, take advantage of the queen sleeper sofa and the fun kids’ corner with a twin bunk! And with 6 bathrooms, it’s easier for groups to get ready for some fun downtown.
Outdoor Space
The steep driveway will be worth it when you arrive at Hummingbird Hill Lodge! There is space for about 8 vehicles, and a ramp leads to the front door. Two spacious decks wrap around the cabin, so you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the views and fresh air. Sit back in the rocking chairs around the decks, have lunch or your morning coffee at the picnic table on the deck, or climb into the hot tub at night for a relaxing soak. And on those lovely mountain evenings, fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout!
Other Amenities
Along with plenty of space for human guests, Hummingbird Hill Lodge is also pet-friendly! You won’t have to worry about boarding – just bring your 4-legged friend along. The lodge also has a washer/dryer so you can pack a little lighter or take care of hiking clothes while you’re away. Wi-Fi makes it easy to check our blog for what’s happening in the area, and the community pool is great for summertime stays.
