Jumping to New Heights in the Smokies

When summertime hits, we’re all ready to get outside and enjoy the excitement the Smoky Mountains have in store. Hiking, fishing, cycling, and swimming are a few of our favorite things to do in the great outdoors. But when you book your Smoky Mountain stay in Pigeon Forge, you’ll be able to add jumping to your list!

All you need to do is walk down the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and you’ll find a variety of local attractions with high-flying jumps, where you can see the sights and experience big thrills during your summer getaway.

Talk about feeling the wind in your hair, the giant Bungee Tower in Pigeon Forge, which stands 70 feet above the ground, will have you soaring at speeds of up to 125 miles per hour! And there’s an indoor jumping attraction, too, so you can get out of the squelching summer sun and still have a great time during your Pigeon Forge retreat.

If you’re looking to add some high adventure to your vacation this summer, be sure to check out these jump-tastic attractions along the Parkway in Pigeon Forge!

Bungee Tower at Fast Tracks
3879 Parkway | Pigeon Forge
For one of the craziest stunts in the Smokies, try Bungee Tower at Fast Tracks! Not only is this attraction known for having the fastest go-karts in Pigeon Forge, but also for its 70-foot tower (you can’t miss it from the Parkway) which stands ready for you to climb to the top and let it all go! That’s right—you’ll be dropped from 70 feet in the air at a rate of up to 125 miles per hour!

If that sounds exciting to you, then you might also try the Skyscraper Ride at Fast Tracks. This ride is designed for 2 and takes you 160 feet in the air, turns you upside down, and swings you back to the ground at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour! Don’t miss the longest skyscraper ride in Pigeon Forge at Fast Tracks!

Other exciting activities at Fast Tracks include their Trampoline Jump, designed for Pigeon Forge visitors with a little less of the daredevil spirit running through their veins. There are also their multiple go-kart tracks—the Elevated Track, Pro Track, and the Junior Race Track. And if you’re looking to entertain younger kids, try the family amusement rides or the air-conditioned video game arcade.

Bungee Jump at The Track
2575 Parkway | Pigeon Forge
Fast Tracks isn’t the only place to sail through the air in Pigeon Forge. The Track, also located on the Parkway, boasts a rivaling Bungee Jump—a towering 65-foot drop that’s one of the fastest rides in town. Another exciting adventure in store at this jump attraction is their SkyFlyer. If you’ve ever wanted to go sky diving in the Smokies, this is your opportunity to see what’s it like without having to step onto (or off) a plane!

The Track in Pigeon Forge has so much more than its Bungee Jump and SkyFlyer attractions. You’ll also find go-karts on their three-story, spiraling wooden track; a mini golf course known as Gator Golf; bumper boats and bumper cars; and a state-of-the-art video game arcade. For the little ones, head on over to Kids Country, where you’ll find a long list of attractions to keep your kids entertained. These include the Rio Grande Train, the Carousel, Spin Tops, Noah’s Lark, Kiddie Karts, and more! Children must be 8 years old or younger to play at Kids Country.
