Set at the top of a beautiful mountain development, the secluded cabin boasts tons of privacy, with no other cabins in view! The gorgeous Smoky Mountains – including Mt. LeConte, Mt. Buckley, Clingmans Dome, and Mt. Guyot – are your neighbors. You’ll even have a peek of North Carolina on clear days!

Finished in the summer of 2017, this newly built cabin is a beautiful blend of high-end finishes, stylish décor, top-of-the-line amenities, space for a group, and the conveniences you enjoy at home. Whether you’re planning a big family vacation, a wedding or special occasion, a church or corporate retreat, or a reunion, Smoky Mountain Manor has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, fun, and memorable getaway in the Great Smoky Mountains!

With so many things to do and places to unwind, days at Smoky Mountain Manor are spent however you want. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee in the deck chairs with mountain views, enjoying a homemade breakfast at the tables on the deck, or soaking up some sun while reading a book in the lounge chairs on the sun deck. Afternoons here were made for playing arcade games, racing on the Cart Fury games, playing Golden Tee Golf, and splashing around in the private indoor pool in your own pool house! At night, unwind in the 2 hot tubs with TVs, catch up on sleep in the king-size beds, cozy up in front of the outdoor fireplace on the covered deck, or make group dinners in the kitchen that boasts double appliances!

If you can drag yourself away from this stunning cabin, you’ll find dozens of restaurants, shops, and attractions for a group. Less than 10 miles away, find something for kids and adults of all ages. Group-friendly attractions like Dollywood, WonderWorks, and The Island offer something for everyone – all in one place. Or you can sit down for a nice steak or seafood dinner, grab a quick lunch of burgers and tacos, get some fresh fudge or a candy-covered caramel apple, and finish the night sampling some local moonshine. The shops even cater to all ages, with stores selling everything from specialty jerky, local wine, knives, and hiking gear to personalized kids’ music, doll clothes, books, and clothing. In the cabin and in town, there is always something to do!

Living Room
After playing in downtown Pigeon Forge or exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the comfortable, beautifully designed living room of Smoky Mountain Manor will be just what your group needs to relax. Find a cozy spot on the 2 plush leather sofas or matching love seat and enjoy a quiet night in front of the stone-faced electric (with heat) fireplace.

This main-floor space boasts a 55-inch LED TV with premium cable channels, so you can watch holiday parades, ball games, movies, or your favorite shows. Just off the kitchen, it’s easy to grab a snack or drink without missing out on what’s happening in the living room. Want to just sit back and enjoy chatting with friends? A private seating area next to the living room features 2 loungers and a side table.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen of Smoky Mountain Manor has 2 islands, lots of space for multiple cooks to pitch in, and double appliances to make mealtime easier. Pair the essentials with beautiful details like custom tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, dark wood cabinets, and granite countertops, and you have a beautiful space where you actually want to hang out in the kitchen. Counter space comes with 2 islands (one with seating for 6), and appliances include 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, a double oven, and a large, 6-burner Viking commercial cooktop. It’s also well stocked with enough utensils, pots and pans, glasses, and dishes for in-cabin meals.

If you aren’t up for cooking for the group, just order some pizza, grab some takeout, or get catering from a local restaurant. From a barbecue buffet to a taco bar, restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have plenty of great options for feeding a group in the cabin.

Dining Room
The dining room of Smoky Mountain Manor boasts awesome mountain views you won’t find in a downtown restaurant. It features 2 large dining tables, each with seating for 10, along with windows that showcase the Great Smoky Mountains. The kitchen island gives you seating for 6 more, and tables throughout the cabin – both inside and out – offer space for the group to spread out around the cabin.

Bedrooms
The 10 spacious bedrooms of Smoky Mountain Manor are welcome retreats at the end of the day. With enough sleeping space for 46 guests, Smoky Mountain Manor offers king-size beds, 2 queen bunks, 1 built-in twin bunk bed, 1 full bunk, 1 queen sleeper, and full-size futons in all the bedrooms. Each bedroom also has its own full bathroom, so it will be easy for groups to get ready before a fun day downtown. They have conveniences like dressers and nightstands, along with their own flatscreen TVs!

Forget $10 popcorn and crowded theaters. Smoky Mountain Manor has a private home theater in the cabin! Find the perfect spot on one of the 4 overstuffed sofas – stair-stepped for optimal viewing for all guests – pop some popcorn, grab a drink, and relax. The theater room is fully outfitted for action movies, romantic comedies, or the kids’ favorite cartoons, loaded with a 70-inch smart TV, Blu-ray player, streaming capabilities, sound bar, and subwoofer for deep-sound experiences.

Rec Room
It’s game time in the cabin! Head to the rec room downstairs (by the theater room), where kids and adults can have hours of fun. It features Golden Tee Golf, a 60-game multicade that will leave you feeling nostalgic, and 2 Cart Fury racecar games for side-by-side racing action! Plus, downtown Pigeon Forge offers even more fun, with arcades, laser tag, go karts, mini golf, and family-friendly attractions for all ages.

Entertainment Area
When you have a group of 48, you need a lot of places to hang out and relax. Smoky Mountain Manor has you covered, with an entertainment area for more fun and relaxing. Shoot some pool here, play some cards at the 6-person pub table, or lounge around on the comfy sofa and love seat in front of the 65-inch LED TV with premium cable channels!

POOL HOUSE
With 3 distinct spaces to enjoy – the pool room, the outdoor pavilion, and the sun deck – the private pool house at Smoky Mountain Manor just may be your favorite place to relax and play.

*The alarm for the cabin also secures the pool house. Please disable the alarm at the main cabin before checking out other areas so it won’t be set off. 

Pool Room
The pool room is perfectly designed to let you enjoy the pavilion and sun deck, with 8-foot-tall open windows and sliding patio doors. It’s also home to the cabin’s heated (82 degrees) private pool, a kidney-shaped pool with custom lighting effects and a bench nearby. There’s plenty of space to swim and splash around in the pool, or you can relax in the large, open entertaining space that boasts gorgeous mountain views. You don’t even have to leave to grab a snack or drink, because the pool room is equipped with a wet bar with a sink, and a mini fridge. Bonus: a half bath so you don’t have to head back into the cabin!

Outdoor Pavilion
When you want to spend time outside but still feel pampered, this gorgeous outdoor pavilion is just the place. Beautiful wood ceilings, comfortable deck seating with a sofa and 2 large chairs, built-in seating on both sides of the story-and-a-half wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor table…this 500-square-foot space calls for every night to end here. It’s also the perfect spot for a barbecue, with an outdoor kitchen, large gas grill, mini-fridge, and sink. Grilling out never looked so good!

Sun Deck
The third space of the pool house is the sun deck, where you can sit back in a lounge chair and soak up the sun. It’s easily accessible through the large sliding patio doors and looks out over the Smokies. Just grab a drink, your sunglasses, and that book you’ve been aching to crack open and enjoy!

Outdoor Spaces
As if the private pool house, pavilion, and sun deck weren’t enough, Smoky Mountain Manor boasts even more great outdoor spaces. Totaling 1,500 square feet, the cabin’s 3 full decks gives you mountain views, lots of deck chairs for the group, two 6-person hot tubs, custom lighting, and TVs, and almost 180-degree views from the top deck! On the main deck, find two 6-person dining tables for outdoor meals. As you breathe in that fresh mountain air, soak in views of Mt. LeConte, Clingmans Dome, Mt. Guyot, Mt. Buckley, and beyond – and North Carolina on clear days!

Other Amenities
The conveniences start when you arrive at Smoky Mountain Manor, with flat, paved roads leading to the cabin and a flat, paved driveway for easy unpacking. There is even room to park a trailer and no steps into the cabin or pool house, making it easier for everyone to get around. In the cabin, take advantage of a washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet, along with extra sleeping space on the queen sleeper sofas in the pool table room (1) and living room (1).

Prohibited Vehicles

Certain vehicles are not allowed in The Summit on Bluff Mountain, per the HOA. Please do not park any of the following vehicles anywhere in the community, including at your cabin: travel trailers, campers, buses, motor homes, RVs, off-road vehicles, boats, or commercial vehicles of any size.

Prohibited Groups

To create the most relaxing experience for guests and keep noise levels down for kind neighbors, this property does not permit Greek-letter organizations to book stays nor allows rambunctious parties of any kind at any time.
