You can spend your days relaxing in the open living room, sitting down for family-style meals at the dining table, swimming in your private indoor pool, or taking your coffee on the deck to get some fresh air. At night, play some pool and foosball in your rec room, climb into the hot tub to unwind, pop some popcorn and head to your own theater room, or get some much-needed rest in one of the inviting bedrooms.

This 5-bedroom, 5 ½-bathroom cabin has plenty of room for 12, with bunk beds and king-size beds, a theater room with lots of seating, and great shared spaces where groups can hang out and visit. And with so many conveniences – including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer – a stay at Pick’s Place will keep you feeling right at home.

Living room
With soaring ceilings, a ceiling fan for those warm summer days, beautiful floors, and windows all around, the living room is a light, bright, welcoming space for families and friends wanting to spend some time together. Two stylish sofas flank the stacked stone fireplace that’s perfect for making the room feel cozy on those cool Smoky Mountain nights.

A complementary chair offers more seating, and the coffee table in the center of the room will be the hub for board games and card games. The living room also boasts a big screen TV, so you can watch ball games, catch movies, or hang out and watch late-night shows before going your separate ways for the night. During the holidays, enjoy opening gifts, watching the kids play, and watching your favorite parades in this great space.

Light wood walls, recessed lighting, and detailed trim work add to the elegance of the kitchen at Pick’s Place. The L-shaped kitchen has counter space for meal prep, along with stainless steel appliances to make cooking for a group in the cabin a breeze. Take advantage of the dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator, along with small appliances like a toaster and coffeemaker.

Late-night snacks and drinks will be easy to grab from the fridge, or you can use the space to make meals for everyone. And if you’re not up for cooking, you can always order some barbecue for a quick and easy meal. The open kitchen even has enough room for several cooks to pitch in, so no one will be in the kitchen on their own.

Dining area
Pigeon Forge is home to dozens of great restaurants, from pancake houses and barbecue joints to Italian restaurants and diners. It will be easy to find something to fit everyone’s tastes when you want to get out. But when you want to stay in the cabin for meals, Pick’s Place offers a great place to enjoy them together.

Situated between the living room and kitchen – giving the cabin a great flow for conversation – the dining area features a long table with seating for all 12 guests in the cabin. Whip up meals in the kitchen just steps away and sit down for meals together. During the holidays, make your favorite treats and family recipes and create a delicious spread on the table.

Rec room | Loft
When you travel with a group, you need more than one place to spend time in the cabin. At Pick’s Place, you’ll have plenty of shared spaces to enjoy. Upstairs, the rec loft is open and bright, offering entertainment for hours of fun. Play around on the pool table, challenge someone to foosball, and flip on the TV so you won’t miss the game while you play.

If you’re traveling with kids, it will be great to have this extra space when the adults need a little time to chat and relax downstairs. And when you want more games, just take the short drive to downtown and check out the arcades, attractions, miniature golf courses, and even go kart tracks!

Private indoor pool
With a location in the Sherwood Forest community, Pick’s Place gives you community pool access in those warm summer months. You can soak up the sun or let the kids splash around in the summer sun. But if you’re not traveling in summer (or you love having a pool all to yourself), you’ll love the private indoor pool at Pick’s Place!

The beautiful wood walls and trim continue into the pool room, where you’ll have seating and space to hang out around the pool. And of course, you don’t have to wait until summer to swim here! You can swim and splash whether it’s raining or snowing, and it’s a great place to cool off on hot summer days. What a luxury in your Pigeon Forge cabin!

Theater room
Rich green walls, cozy carpet, and comfy leather seating give your private theater room a feel of home while still offering that movie-going experience. And with 3 big sofas and a love seat, you can fit most (if not all) the group here at once. There is even space on the floor where kids can pile up pillows and blankets on movie night.

Let the kids bring their favorite cartoons, bring some classics, or just gather here with candy and popcorn to watch a big game on the big screen. You can turn down the lights and sink into the cozy seating for a movie marathon, missing out on all the things you don’t like about going out to the movies.

Each of the 5 bedrooms in Pick’s Place offers a quiet place to rest and relax, so you can really unwind after a day strolling along the Parkway, playing at Dollywood, or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Four of the bedrooms offer king-size beds, perfect for families and couples traveling together. The other bedroom boasts 2 twin bunk beds, which are always a hit with the kids!

All the bedrooms have their own TVs, and they come furnished with conveniences like dressers, nightstands, and lamps. So you’ll feel right at home here. Plus, each bedroom has its own private bathroom, making getting ready for outings easy.

Outdoor spaces
No trip to the Great Smoky Mountains is complete without some time spent in the great outdoors. At Pick’s Place, you’ll have some great outdoor spaces to take in those wooded views. Step outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy the views or climb into the hot tub after a long day.
