This luxurious 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom lodge boasts 4,750+ square feet of space across 3 beautiful levels. Find space for a fun vacation for the whole family, a memorable Smoky Mountain vacation with friends, a family reunion, or a special occasion getaway. In all, you can sleep up to 22 guests in this spacious Tennessee home that’s outfitted with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

You will easily entertain your group at this luxury Smoky Mountain cabin, which features foosball, ping pong, air hockey, pool, arcade games, and poker in the game room and loft! Between games, whip up drinks at the Mimosa Bar and sit down at the pub-style table for drinks and snacks. The luxury lodge even has a private home theater with tiered theater-style seating, a huge TV, and surround sound. When you’re not hanging out here, head to the living room to unwind by the glass fireplace, cozy up on the plush sofa, watch TV on the big screen TV, and enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains through the large picture windows.

Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen has double appliances! The stainless steel appliances provide all you need to make meals, snacks, and drinks, and there is a large island, stone countertops, and plenty of dishes and cookware. Gather in the dining space for meals together or take your plate outside and enjoy the views.

At night, retreat to the bedrooms for plenty of privacy and comfort on your hideaway. Bedding includes 4 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, 2 full-size bunk beds, 1 daybed, 1 futon, and 1 twin bed with a trundle. It’s a nice mix for any large group. The home also offers a Blu-ray player, a garden tub, TVs in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, flat and paved parking, and keyless entry so you don’t have to stop by an office!

Living Room
After a busy day of outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlets, playing the Escape Game at The Island, riding the Pigeon Forge Trolley along the Parkway in downtown Pigeon Forge, or exploring in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, come back to unwind at your Pigeon Forge vacation rental. The living room features large picture windows that stretch to the ceiling and frame the gorgeous views of the Smokies. When you want to relax on your Smoky Mountain vacation, this is the place to call home. 

There is a nice chandelier overhead, and the chaise and ottoman provide a spot to kick your feet up for a bit. Flip on the big screen TV and watch some shows, read a book in an armchair, and stay warm in front of the glass (electric and heated) fireplace on those cold evenings in the mountains.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen in Mimosa Sunrise has 2 of each appliance so you can easily feed your group. You will have 2 ovens with electric ranges, 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers (easy cleanup!), 2 toasters, and 2 coffeemakers. Brew a full pot with the standard drip coffeemaker or use the Keurig for a single cup before everyone wakes up in the morning. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, glassware, cooking tools, and utensils for in-cabin meals. The beautiful stone countertops pair nicely with the charcoal cabinets, and there are 2 sinks for easier prep and cleanup. Just stop by the farmers market for fresh ingredients or go by the grocery store and stock the refrigerator and freezer with drinks, snacks, and whatever you need for meals.

Dining Area
Enjoy meals together in the dining space in the comfort of your luxury cabin. Gather around the 2 long tables with benches or spread out to the breakfast bar, the bar table in the living room nearby, or the outdoor tables on the decks. Set the table for a decadent holiday dinner, set out a spread of sandwiches and fruit, or enjoy a hearty breakfast before a big hike in the Smokies. When you’re not having meals, use the table for homeschooling, work and team meetings, puzzles on rainy days, crafts, journaling, board games, or decorating holiday treats.

Rec Room + Loft
Ready to play? Kids and adults will love the game spaces, including a game room and a rec loft. As you take in the spectacular views through the wall of windows, have fun with ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. There is even an arcade cabinet for some old-school fun! The Mimosa Bar nearby is a nice spot for making drinks, and there is a barrel-style pub table and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink.

Watch some TV on the big screen, let the kids have a fun sleepover with the cabin-themed twin bed (with a trundle), or head to the rec loft for even more fun. Play some games of poker here, shoot pool on the pool table and relax, and enjoy more of those unbelievable mountain views! Need to catch up on work, use the small desk here. Theater Room
Upgrade your movie night in the theater room of Mimosa Sunrise. This awesome space is decked out for classic movie nights, with tiered theater-style seating (with cup holders and footrests), a Blu-ray/DVD player, a big screen TV, and surround sound for the full experience. Get cozy and watch movies with family and friends, pop some popcorn in the kitchen, and grab drinks from the fridge for a great night.

Bedrooms                         
Guests will appreciate the cozy spaces in this 6-bedroom cabin home. After you’ve met underwater creatures at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, enjoyed a bite at The Old Mill, or explored the national park all day, come back to rest and relax. There is space for 22 guests across the home, with king-size beds in 3 bedrooms, a king-size bed and daybed in 1 bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in 1 bedroom, and 2 full-over-full bunk beds in 1 bedroom.

For additional sleeping space, the home has a futon in the rec loft and a cabin-themed twin bed with a trundle in the game room. Each bedroom has a TV, beautiful décor and furnishings, a dresser, and bedside lamps. Two of the bedroom have direct deck access, so you can easily get some fresh air and enjoy the amazing views. There are also 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom so guests can easily get ready before days in town.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy fresh air and wonderful mountain views in the nice outdoor spaces of Mimosa Sunrise. Start your day with an awe-inspiring sunrise and end the evening sipping drinks around the firepit. Relax in the rocking chairs, toss burgers or steaks on the gas grill, and sit at the outdoor tables for lunch.

Guests can spread out across the decks that offer a variety of seating. Sway on a porch swing, chat at a pub table, unwind on a deck chair, or stroll around and enjoy the views. The bubbling hot tub may be your favorite place to end the day!

Enjoy easy arrivals with the flat, paved driveway that offers room to park a trailer and space for 6 to 7 vehicles. There are no steps leading up to the front porch, so it will be easy to unload cars as well.
