The Estate at Little Cove

Welcome to The Estate at Little Cove, a gorgeous, welcoming, spacious, and amenity-packed home in Pigeon Forge. This sprawling estate features 8 beautiful bedrooms, 5 elegant bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 24 guests. With all the comforts of home, a pool spa, a pool table, an arcade center, lots of outdoor space, parking for 6 vehicles, and much more, it’s wonderful for a big family vacation, a reunion, a team or group retreat, or a weekend away with your friends.

The scenic Smoky Mountains roll along in the distance, and there is lush greenery all around. A beautiful pavilion surrounded by flowers is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Sit at the bench and look out at the mountains or stroll around the property and breathe in the fresh air. Inside, prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, which features tons of counter space, barstools, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking tools.

Gather around the 10-person dining table for meals and board games or get comfortable on the sofas in the living room. Sit back in front of the big screen TV, unwind by the fireplace, and browse via the Wi-Fi in the home. Bedrooms include king-size beds, queen-size beds, bunk beds, and sleeper sofas for more space in the home.

Keep the group entertained with arcade games, Skeeball, Golf Tee, pool and foosball tables, a theater room with a Blu-ray player, and air hockey! Then head outside for a break under the pavilion or by the firepit. The home also boasts an indoor swim spa, a bubbling hot tub, and an indoor jetted tub for relaxing baths.

Living Room
After busy days around the Smokies, come back to The Estate at Little Cove to relax. The beautiful space features high ceilings, a big screen TV, and a cozy electric fireplace. Gather here to chat and relax with family and friends, enjoying tree-studded views, the peace of the mountains, and easy snacks from the kitchen nearby. Between sofas and plush armchairs, there is space for a group to sit and hang out. There is also a large coffee table, with space for a board game, snacks, or a card game.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is well outfitted for a group. It features a double-door refrigerator, an oven with a stovetop, a double oven, a dishwasher, a double sink, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, lots of counter space, and bar seating. Brew some coffee – single cups or full pots – whip up some snacks for game days at home, or cook big meals for the group.

Use the space to make decadent holiday meals, pack picnic lunches for scenic drives, set out pizza for a laid-back dinner, or reheat leftovers from meals in town. Cooking in the home is a great way to save money while on vacation (more money for attractions!) or to create your favorite meals.

Dining Area
Gather for special or everyday meals at the dining table in The Estate at Little Cove. The table sits next to a bay window that frames tree-studded views. Beneath the rustic chandelier, enjoy a great meal at the table for about 10+ guests. It’s a beautiful spot to gather with your favorite family recipes, new dishes, and more.

If you have a full house, spread out to the breakfast bar as well, along with a bar table. On nice days, guests can take their plates to the outdoor dining tables and enjoy the fresh air.

Private Indoor Swim Spa
The private indoor swim spa is the place to be year-round! Take a short drive to the pool building and enjoy relaxing swims. There is even a garage door that you can open for fresh air on nice days. As some guests float and unwind, others can have snacks or drinks at the table.

Rec Room + Sunroom
Pigeon Forge is packed with fun, with miniature golf courses, arcades, go kart tracks, laser tag arenas, dinner shows, unique attractions, and more. But when you want to stay entertained without leaving the home, you’ll have a rec room and a sunroom.

Challenge someone to a game of pool, show off your skills with foosball, play around with air hockey, or try out Skeeball, Golf Tee, and classic arcade games! Sip drinks and have snacks at the pub table in the sunroom, where you’ll find a plush sofa and lovely views.

Theater Room
It’s movie night at The Estate at Little Cove! Cozy up on a rainy day, watch your favorite holiday movies, get the kids comfortable with a cartoon while the adults hang out in the living room, or gather here for a funny movie after a long day.

This awesome space has a Blu-ray player, a big screen TV, a projector system, and 3 tiers of theater-style seating! The room also has a podium for presentations, perfect for family photo slideshows, team meetings, or work gatherings.

Bedrooms
The Estate at Little Cove has 8 beautiful bedrooms, so guests will enjoy privacy and rest here. Each bedroom has a TV and either mountain or wooded views. The home can sleep up to 24 guests total, with 4 king-size beds, 3 queen-size beds, 2 XL twin bunks, 2 twin bunks, and sleeper sofas.

The 5 full bathrooms offer nice places to get ready for going out or wind down before bed. The primary suite has a jetted tub for nice baths, along with a rain shower with nice stonework.

Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces at The Estate at Little Cove are awesome! Trees surround for a peaceful setting, and mountains and valleys roll on in the background. Stroll around the property in the grassy yard, check out the flowers around the gazebo, toss a ball around in the yard, or sit back with a book on the bench by the gazebo.

To relax, soak in the hot tub or sit back in the rocking chairs on a nice day. There is also a gas grill for barbecues, hanging lights under the pavilion, a dining table, and Adirondack chairs. At night, gather around the firepit to make s’mores and chat late into the night.

Flat, paved roads lead to the home, and there is parking for 6 vehicles. Enjoy room for a trailer and flat, paved parking as well.

Other Amenities
The Estate at Little Cove was designed with convenience and comfort in mind, so it has a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board in the laundry room. There is also high speed Wi-Fi and easy keyless entry.
