This pet-friendly property has 3 cozy and charming bedrooms, 1.5 convenient bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 8 guests. It’s just the right size for a fun family vacation, a weekend away with friends, or a couples’ retreat. It has the conveniences of home – plus some fun extras – for a great stay in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Before you head out for the day, make your coffee or tea and watch the sun peek through the trees from your perch in the egg chairs on the porch. Or you can make a hearty pre-hike breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen that features a dishwasher, oven with range, double sink, coffeemaker, microwave, knife set, dishes and glassware, utensils, a refrigerator/freezer, and more. The lovely breakfast nook/dining table is the perfect place to enjoy it. In the afternoons, fire up the grill for a cookout. You can sit down at the picnic table on the deck or spread out across the seating here.

After a big day in town, come back to Ponderosa Pines to unwind. Shower off in the bathroom, get cozy on the plush sofa in the stylish living room – complete with a chic fireplace and big screen TV – or play arcade games for fun. At night, get warm in front of the wood-burning fireplace, take advantage of Wi-Fi to wind down, or gather around the outdoor firepit to chat about the day’s adventures.

This pet-friendly charmer also has a washer/dryer so you can pack light, space inside and out to catch up with friends and family, a hanging chair in one bedroom, a cool room with built-in twins and a classic arcade game, and a nice mix of bedding for guests. You’ll find 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, and 2 twin-size beds with trundles.

Living Room
After a day of hiking in the national park, riding roller coasters at Dollywood, shopping at The Island, fishing in a cool stream, or just exploring at the fun area attractions, come back to this stylish space that will leave you feeling relaxed. The plush sectional sofa wraps around and faces the modern fireplace. Two chic leather chairs flank the fireplace, setting up the room perfectly for chatting and hanging out with friends.

Get warm in front of the wood-burning fireplace on cool mountain days or flip on the ceiling fan to cool off when it’s hot. With Blu-ray/DVD players, a big screen TV, a comfy sofa, and a coffee table where you can pile up snacks or drinks, it will welcome you in each day. If you’re the early riser of the group, enjoy sipping coffee or reading before the rest of the group gets up.

Kitchen
Easily brew coffee, make snacks, pour drinks, and keep your group fed with the full kitchen in Ponderosa Pines. It’s outfitted with all you need, including a refrigerator/freezer, an oven with a stovetop, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, and a knife set. Plus, the kitchen comes with dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking tools, pots and pans, and more.

If you’re not much of a chef, use the space to store leftovers from dinner downtown or heat pastries for breakfast. You can also stock the kitchen with your favorite snacks and drinks for the days you just want to hang out around the cabin.

Dining Area
Perfectly cozy and inviting, the dining area of Ponderosa Pines features a built-in bench and matching chairs around the dining table. Windows frame this sunny nook, so breakfast is a treat here. Sit down for breakfast together before a big day out, pack up picnic lunches for a drive around Cades Cove, or gather here for holiday dinners. You can also easily pile up pizzas you ordered or set out a spread of snacks for days around the cabin.

When it’s not mealtime, use this space for playing board games and cards, doing puzzles, crafting, decorating holiday treats, catching up on some work, doing homeschool work with the kids, and more. It’s a nice gathering place to plan out the day’s adventures as well!

Bedrooms
Long (but fun!) days in the Smokies call for relaxing evenings in the cozy bedrooms of Ponderosa Pines. There are 3 bedrooms in all, each with a ceiling fan for hot sleepers. The entry level bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, a king bedroom boasts a fun hanging egg chair and a private balcony with tree-studded views and a bistro-style table – perfect for romantic sips of moonshine or wine at night. Another bedroom has 2 built-in twin beds – each with a trundle – offering extra sleeping space. Kids will especially love this room that has its own classic arcade cabinet!

*Max number of guests allowed in this cabin at any time is 8.

Outdoor Spaces
Tucked among the trees of the Great Smoky Mountains, Ponderosa Pines offers some great outdoor spaces for guests. One bedroom has a private balcony with a small table, so couples or friends can relax and chat late into the night. The firepit in the yard has Adirondack seating all around, so you can chat and unwind on cool mountain nights. Or you can soak in the hot tub and relax.

On the deck, toss some burgers or steaks on the grill and enjoy them at the picnic table overlooking the trees. There are string lights above, so you can enjoy this space easily at night. Another great spot on the deck features modern wicker chairs and a bench, cool padded egg chairs, an outdoor rug, and plenty of shade.

Ponderosa Pines has all you need to feel at home, including a washer/dryer so you can pack light, high speed Wi-Fi, and easy keyless entry – so there’s no checking in at an office! Plus, this cabin is pet friendly, so you won’t have to board your dog while away!

Ponderosa Pines offers entertainment in the cabin, but you’ll want to get out and explore as well. The Smokies has plenty to do for all ages!
