It’s all about location at Dolly’s Cabin! This 5-bedroom, 4 ½-bathroom cabin is located just down the street from Dollywood, so you can walk and skip the traffic line and busy parking area! This brand-new Pigeon Forge cabin also boasts luxury amenities, the comforts of home, and a central location. When you’re ready to explore the area, you can look forward to way less traffic to get to the attractions, restaurants, and shops along the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville.

With space to sleep up to 12 guests, Dolly’s Cabin is great for a fun family vacation, a retreat with friends, or a weekend away reconnecting with loved ones. Natural wood finishes pair with modern details, upgraded amenities, and lovely wooded views for a stay you won’t soon forget. All throughout Dolly’s Cabin, find photos of Dolly Parton herself – perfectly paired with warm mountain décor. Even the theater room has movie posters from Dolly’s movie roles! In the morning, enjoy coffee in the rocking chairs on the screened-in deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Soak in the bubbling hot tub beneath the stars at night after a fun barbecue on the grill. There is also a large firepit area that’s great for a group to make s’mores and hang out! There is also a brand-new disc golf putting course at the cabin!

When you’re not riding roller coasters at Dollywood or shopping at The Island, get cozy in front of the fireplace and big screen TV in the living room. Or head to the theater/rec room for movies on the huge big screen TV, relaxing on the leather seating, air hockey, a car racing arcade game, and some fun together. Each TV has an HDMI cable available, so guests can hook up devices.

Keep the group fed and happy with the fully equipped kitchen in Dolly’s Cabin. It features slate appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area that boasts scenic tree-studded views. Across the cabin, find 2,500 square feet of space, 2 levels, room for a small group, and plenty of amenities. At night, retreat to the bedrooms for some rest. The 3 upstairs bedrooms offer direct deck access, and all of the bedrooms have TVs and bathrooms. Bedding includes a mix of 4 king-size beds and 2 XL twin bunk beds. Bathrooms have shower/tub combos, walk-in showers, and vanities for unpacking your things.

Living Room
It’s time to get cozy in Dolly’s Cabin! Make yourself at home in the living room, where you can stay warm in front of the gas fireplace on a cold mountain day. Flip on the big screen TV to watch some shows or movies and kick up your feet on the sofa or plump armchair. It’s a great place to gather and enjoy time together.

Kitchen
Make breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before a big hike, pack picnic lunches for scenic drives, or create a decadent dinner or holiday feast. The kitchen features slate appliances, a breakfast bar, stone countertops, and a farmhouse sink. There is a double-door refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a microwave for movie-night popcorn, and an oven with a glass stovetop for baking and simmering.

The kitchen also has pots and pans, dishes and utensils, glasses and mugs, and cooking tools to make your time in the cabin easier. And the coffee station with a traditional drip coffeemaker and Keurig coffeemaker is the place to start your day!

Dining Area
Sit down for meals together in the dining area of Dolly’s Cabin. The table sits next to the kitchen and offers views of the trees outside. If you have a full house, more guests can sit at the 6-person breakfast bar at mealtime. Whether it’s an easy pizza dinner or a big holiday meal, enjoy time together with good food and great company.

The coffee station is nearby too, so you can brew some coffee to go alongside your dessert after dinner. Later, clear the table and break out the board games and cards you brought for a fun family game night! Decorate gingerbread houses, make crafts with the kids, scrapbook, do homeschool, or catch up on some work while away.

Theater + Rec Room
Movie night and game night come together in the theater/rec room. Turn on the huge smart TV that boasts streaming capabilities and HDMI hookups. Guests can hook up devices or sign into their own subscriptions of Netflix, YouTube TV, Paramount+, and more. There is even a podium with video and sound connections for presentations.

The rec area here is the place to play! Challenge someone to air hockey or race a friend on the car driving arcade game. It will be the go-to place to hang out when you want to cool off in summer, avoid the rain, warm up in winter, or just play around on vacation.

Bedrooms
At day’s end, retreat to the welcoming bedrooms. There are 5 bedrooms throughout the cabin, with TVs, full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. There is space to sleep up to 12 guests total. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds, most with en-sutie baths and barn doors. Bathrooms include shower/tub combos, walk-in showers, and double vanities.

The 3 upstairs bedrooms include direct deck access, so you can easily get some fresh air before you start the day. The half bath has 2 entrances so guests access it from the living room or from the main deck area (where the hot tub is located) without walking through the whole cabin. The bunk room has 2 custom built-in bunkbeds with XL twin mattresses (same length as a king bed), and the bathroom here has 2 walk-in showers with privacy glass and a 3-sink vanity.

Outdoor Spaces + Disc Golf Course
Get out and enjoy the fresh air and lovely views at Dolly’s Cabin. After hiking in the national park, fishing along cool mountain streams, or driving UTVs, come back to relax at the cabin. Dolly’s Cabin offers multiple decks, a gas grill for barbecues, a large firepit area for the group, rocking chairs, and peaceful wooded views. Grab your plate and eat at the table here for some fresh air while you dine.

Bonus: at this Pigeon Forge cabin by Dollywood, you’ll have a private disc golf course! Featuring DGA Mach-5 baskets, this 9-hole course winds around the property, offering easy to challenging throws for more fun with your group.

Roads leading to the cabin are flat and paved, so the drive to the cabin should be fairly easy. When you arrive, the driveway is steep and curved, with space for about 4 vehicles. There are also no steps up into the cabin, so unloading is simpler.  

Other Amenities
Use the Wi-Fi in the cabin to stay connected, whether you’re catching up on work, shopping, posting, or just scrolling. The washer/dryer is convenient when you want to pack light or when you need to wash clothes after muddy hikes and adventures outside.
