Guests can also splash around in the private indoor pool, take advantage of high-speed internet, whip up drinks at the elegant indoor-outdoor bar, toss steaks on the grill, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Mountain and wooded views make the deck a favorite place to hang out, the electric fireplace makes the space feel extra cozy, and there is an outdoor firepit for late-night chats outside. You can also relax in the hot tub, toss loads of laundry in with the washer/dryer, and head to bed with options for everyone – including 10 kings, 9 futons, and 2 queen-over-queen bunks!

Living Room
Beautifully designed and luxuriously outfitted, the living room of Hibernation Wonderland welcomes you to drop your bags and get comfortable. Three plush sofas sit around the coffee table and the large stone (electric) fireplace. Gather here to chat about the day’s adventures, have your coffee before everyone else is up, or sip a drink after the kids have gone to bed.

When you want to unwind, flip on the big screen TV and set out some snacks on the coffee table. You can use the tabletop lamp for reading, turn on the ceiling fan when it’s hot outside, and enjoy the beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains through the large windows.

Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and this one is impressive! It features warm wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a huge island, ample counter space, a unique light fixture, and space for multiple chefs to cook. Grab some local produce from the farmers market, pick up mixes at The Old Mill, or stop by the grocery store to stock the kitchen with your favorite snacks and drinks.

This gourmet kitchen boasts 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens with stovetops, 2 coffeemakers, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sinks. Make a snack spread on the large island, use the space to prep for a decadent dinner, or set up a hot cocoa and cookie decorating station during the holidays! Guests can sit on the barstools around the island or sit down in the dining area nearby. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking tools, and pots and pans for the group.

Dining Area
Step over from the kitchen into the gorgeous dining space that has 2 large tables, beautiful lighting, and views all around through the many surrounding windows. Each table has seating for about 10 to 12 guests, and additional guests can sit at the island, in the living room, around the cabin, or on the deck. It’s a great place to enjoy a delicious meal, set out snacks and drinks for the day, or just chat with coffee and tea in the morning.

After meals, clear the tables and get ready for game night! Bring your favorite board games or some decks of cards and have fun with the group here. It’s also great for catching up on work, homeschooling, scrapbooking, decorating gingerbread houses, doing puzzles, or coloring and crafting with the kids.

Indoor/Outdoor Bar
One of the most unique spaces in this luxury lodge, the indoor-outdoor bar will be a favorite space on days in. It’s located just off the living room and features large picture windows, a glass garage-style door that rolls open, a big screen TV mounted on the wall, a wet bar, a bar and barstools, high-top seating, a blender and drink accessories, a wine cooler – and more seating outside when the door is up! When you want to sip outside, roll up the door and gather around the firepit.

Rec Room
When you’re not playing arcade games, driving go karts, putting around a mini-golf course, or having fun at local attractions, enjoy playing around in your private cabin! The rec room of Hibernation Wonderland has plenty to do, with a full-size pool table, a foosball table, a barrel-style arcade game, a big screen TV, and easy access to the…private indoor pool! The rec space also has a pub table and a half bathroom for guests’ convenience.

Private Indoor Pool
You can’t beat a private indoor pool! Rainy days won’t ruin your fun at Hibernation Wonderland, because you can swim year-round in your private pool. It has windows framing the wooded views, steps for easier entry, fun fountain features, and a beautiful waterfall.

Kids will love night swims and rainy days in the pool, and adults can float around and relax. Teach your little one how to swim, hang out and unwind, or have a fun winter swim as the snow falls outside! After a pool day, head down to the hot tub on the lower-level deck to soak away stress!

Theater Room
It’s movie night in the cabin! Outfitted with movie posters, cool light fixtures, a futon and theater-style seating, and a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, it’s a great place to snuggle up and watch movies. Pop some popcorn in the kitchen, fill up on fudge and old-time candies from downtown, and bring your go-to movie drink. Watch a romantic comedy or action flick after putting the kids to bed or put in an animated favorite for a fun kids’ movie night.

Bedrooms
At night, head to the bedrooms for some much-needed rest. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated like the rest of the cabin, welcoming you in for early nights and late mornings. There are 11 bedrooms total, with space to sleep up to 46 guests in all. Each bedroom has a TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled shower.

There are 9 bedrooms with king-size beds (plus some with futons), the theater room has a futon, and there are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-over-queen bunks. It’s a great mix for any group, easily sleeping families, friends, and more. There is also a nice sitting area upstairs with a sofa.

Outdoor Spaces
No trip to the Smoky Mountains is complete without some quality time in the great outdoors. You can easily have that here – without leaving the cabin! Enjoy wooded and mountain views as you relax on the wraparound deck, have coffee in the rocking chairs as the sun comes up, unwind around the firepit on the deck, or toss burgers and steaks on the charcoal grill.

Don’t forget about the indoor-outdoor bar, either! You can open the garage-style door to have drinks and hang out on nice days, with easy access to both the outdoor deck and the indoor bar area with a TV. The hot tub is nice for relaxing in the evenings, and there are picnic tables for outdoor dining.

Another outdoor convenience is the flat, paved driveway that fits more than 10 vehicles (and room for a trailer). Roads to the cabin are flat and paved as well.
