Description

With games, comfy leather sofas, and relaxing outdoor spaces, Knotty Desire is the place for a peaceful weekend getaway in the Smoky Mountains or a fun hideaway with friends. Warm wood walls, soft carpet underfoot, and cozy quilts are inviting amenities in this charming Pigeon Forge cabin rental.

Whether you’re in Pigeon Forge TN for a weekend or a week, we know you’ll be able to unwind and relax. Curl up on the sofas in front of the fireplace, make family meals in the fully equipped kitchen, play arcade games in the rec room, or look up area attractions and fun events for the group via the Wi-Fi available in the cabin.

Outside, enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Start your day with a cup of coffee in the rocking chairs, fire up the gas grill for a cookout, or grab your favorite book and unwind in the hammock overlooking the trees at your 2-bedroom cabin.

If you get cabin fever, just take the 10-mile drive to downtown Pigeon Forge and see what the area offers. Find dinner shows, Dollywood theme park, outlet shops, popular family-friendly attractions, wineries with spectacular views, miniature golf courses, and restaurants ranging from Italian, Mexican, and Chinese to American, German, and Japanese. From entertainment to dining to shopping, there truly is something for everyone in the cabin and in town!

Living room
One perk of renting a private mountain cabin in Pigeon Forge instead of staying in a hotel is having a gathering place for groups. Hotels force you to stay in cramped rooms across several floors without a comfortable place to hang out with family and friends.

In Knotty Desire, you’ll find a cozy living room where everyone can spend time and relax. The wood-burning fireplace provides warmth on those cool Smoky Mountain evenings, and plush sofas will be welcome places to kick up your feet after a long day.

Bring along some board games to play on the coffee table, or just use it for snacks and drinks. There are also windows all around the room, offering some natural light on sunny days. What a great place to come back to each day!

Kitchen
Making you feel right at home, the charming kitchen of Knotty Desire is equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, and appliances for cooking homemade meals in the cabin. White appliances – a refrigerator, oven, and microwave – make the space bright and cheery. Find ample counter space for prepping meals, or just use it to set out a buffet of snacks. Bake some cookies for nights in the cabin, or bring your favorite holiday meal recipes.

If you’re not up for cooking, just grab something downtown; with a full-size refrigerator and an oven and microwave, your leftovers won’t go to waste! The kitchen also opens up to the dining area, making it easy to grab seconds without missing out on the conversation. Or you can just chat while you cook or clean up.

Dining area
Instead of waiting at a restaurant downtown, consider sitting down for family-style meals in the cozy dining area of Knotty Desire. The table is set for 4 and will be just the place for a big brunch, a peaceful lunch, or a romantic dinner for couples. Just stop by the farmers market or nearby grocery store before heading to the cabin for some favorite foods or fresh local produce to enjoy here.

Rec room
Vacation is about relaxing, but it’s also about having fun! At Knotty Desire, a cool rec room with games and deck access will provide fun and entertainment for everyone. This room also has a twin bunk, offering you some extra space for guests. If you’re traveling with kids, this room will be a favorite with them. They will love sleeping and hanging out in the game room.

When you want some fresh air, just step out on the deck that’s easily accessible here. If you want even more games, head to downtown Pigeon Forge and check out the many arcades with classic games, bumper cars, laser tag, and more!

Bedrooms
Knotty Desire’s bedrooms feature queen-size beds for some much-needed rest on vacation. Large windows let you wake up to that fresh mountain sunlight, and bedside lamps offer the right light for a romantic mood or late-night reading.

There are also TVs in the bedrooms, so you can watch late-night shows or catch up on the news without getting out of bed. And while the walls are a beautiful warm wood, the carpet on the floor is soft and warm when you climb out of bed in the morning.

Outdoor spaces
Don’t miss out on some great outdoor time during your stay at this lovely Pigeon Forge cabin. The interiors are great, but the exteriors provide even more places to relax. In the mornings, brew a steaming cup of coffee and head out to the deck, where you’ll find rocking chairs waiting for you. Start your day by looking out over the trees and letting the cool mountain air wash over you.

Another seating area has a small table and two chairs – a great spot for enjoying a glass of wine from an area winery at night. In the afternoons, grab the book you haven’t had time to crack open and climb into the hammock on the covered deck. You can read, relax, and probably get in a quick nap!

Your cozy log cabin even boasts access to a community swimming pool during your Smoky Mountain vacation! Splash in the summer sun or soak up rays as the kids have fun in the water.

Other amenities
Knotty Desire offers many conveniences, including a washer and dryer that are great for extended stays. Bring your favorite movies to play on the DVD player, and toss some burgers and steaks on the gas grill outside.

This vacation rental also offers Wi-Fi, so you can catch up on work or stay connected while you’re away. And you’ll have keyless entry, so there is no office for check-in! You’ll find everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay here.
