Slip away for relaxing days, fun nights, and quality time with friends and family at the charming Bear Mountain Splash! This 5-bedroom +loft, 3-bathroom cabin boasts more than 2,442 square feet of space for up to 12 guests in beautiful Pigeon Forge. And on top of the lovely mountain and wooded views, Bear Mountain Splash features parking for 4+ vehicles, a ramp leading to the cabin for accessibility, an amazing private outdoor pool (heated; open May 15 – September 30), a huge yard, warm wood interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, a big screen TV with Blu-ray and DVD players, a great firepit area, an air hockey table, TVs in the bedrooms…and the list goes on and on!

Inside and out, you’ll find plenty of places to feel right at home at Bear Mountain Splash. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, let the kids have a fun sleepover with the triple (XL length) bunk beds, gather around the firepit to make s’mores at night, let the kids run free and play ball in the large, flat yard, soak away stresses in the outdoor hot tub, toss steaks and kabobs on the charcoal grill for a cookout, or have a great bath in the garden tub inside.

Flip on the gas fireplace on cool mountain nights, do a load of laundry in the washer/dryer, shoot around on the outdoor basketball hoop, play arcade games in the rec areas, enjoy the peace of 5 acres of woods, and head to bed with king, queen, and XL bunk beds – plus a futon.

Living Room
Outfitted with blue leather sofas, a plush armchair with an ottoman, a large stone fireplace, a coffee table, a big screen TV, a tabletop lamp, and overhead lighting, the cozy living room in Bear Mountain Splash has all you need to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quiet time in your private cabin.

Cozy up on the sofas and stay warm in front of the fireplace on those cool mountain nights. Flip on the big screen TV for movie night with a Blu-ray player and DVD player. With tall ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a cozy setting, this living room is just the place you want to settle in after a busy day riding roller coasters at Dollywood, strolling around at The Island, or having outdoor fun in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Just load up the coffee table with snacks and drinks, flip on the reading lamp, and get cozy!

Kitchen
With space to whip up snacks, prepare holiday dishes, pack picnic lunches, and make delicious dinners, the fully equipped kitchen – with upgraded appliances – at Bear Mountain Splash has all you need for mealtime at the cabin. You will have stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven with stovetop, and full refrigerator/freezer so you can store ingredients and leftovers – or your favorite snacks.

For more meal prep space and more seating for dinnertime, enjoy the kitchen island with barstools. You can chat with friends as you have coffee and cook breakfast or set up snacks for the kiddos to eat and color. Grab groceries in town, bring home leftovers from downtown restaurants, and enjoy quality time eating and hanging out with family and friends here.

Dining Area
Just steps from the fully equipped kitchen is the dining area, outfitted with a country-style table, seating for 6, and a nice cabinet where you can set up a buffet of snacks and treats for guests to much on while hanging out around the cabin. Gather here for a hearty pre-hike breakfast, a memorable holiday meal, or a romantic dinner after the kids head to bed.

Or you can clear the table and use it to play board games and card games, make holiday-themed crafts with the kids, color, do a puzzle on a rainy day, or just get some work done during the week! There is also new counter-height seating that serves as a workstation, boasting USB connections and a power outlet.

Private Outdoor Pool
Bear Mountain Splash has one of the most unique amenities you can get in a Smoky Mountain cabin – a private outdoor pool! When summer comes, Bear Mountain Splash is the place to be on vacation! A great outdoor pool is surrounded by seating for soaking up the sun and a fence for safety. Lounge around as the kids splash and play or cool off after playing around in your large, flat yard!

Steps lead into the shallow end (3 feet) of the pool, and there are 2 ladders in the 8-foot deep end. The pool is open – and heated to a comfortable swimming temperature of 80 degrees – between May 15 and Sep 30. Kids of all ages can enjoy playing or swimming around here, while adults can float, get in some laps, or sip some lemonade at the tables around the pool. There is also a dining table with an umbrella, so swimmers can take a break for lunch without leaving the pool!

Rec Areas
When you want to play inside, head upstairs to the rec loft. You can play classic arcade games on the Multicade unit or take a break on the queen-size futon between turns. Or you can sneak up here for a little nap after a busy day in town.

Bonus: there’s a newly enclosed rec room with even more fun and games to enjoy on your Pigeon Forge vacation. Knock the air hockey puck into the goal and beat the high scores on the driving arcade game – woohoo!

Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms in Bear Mountain Splash is a cozy, welcome retreat. Bedrooms have their own TVs, so guests can watch what they want while falling asleep. There are 5 bedrooms total, so there’s a nice mix for both kids and adults.

Refresh in the morning with a nice shower or climb into the indoor soaking tub for a soothing bath – in the newly remodeled (spring 2022) master bathroom. Along with a luxury tub, the vanity is spacious, with plenty of room for toiletries and makeup to help get ready for bed or a night on the town!

Outdoor Spaces
Bear Mountain Splash impresses with awesome outdoor spaces. On top of your private outdoor pool, you’ll have space on the deck, in the driveway, and in the yard to play! Sit back and relax on the porch swing with a drink and a good book as you look out at the peaceful tree-studded surroundings. Or head around to the screened-in deck to flip on the fan and relax in the chairs.

When you want to unwind, climb into the hot tub on the deck and soak away those stresses with trees all around and a peek of the mountains in the distance. With 5 acres of wooded surroundings, you’ll find the peace and serenity you seek. On nice days, toss some burgers, steaks, or kabobs on the charcoal grill on the deck. With a private outdoor pool, hot tub, seating on the wraparound deck, and tons of flat, grassy space, this is the perfect cabin for cookouts and days spent at the cabin!

Toss around a ball, let the kids run free, shoot hoops on the basketball goal with plenty of paved space to play games, let the kids do sidewalk chalk, have a family game day with yard games brought from home, and gather around the firepit for s’mores and fun at night. Outdoor amenities also include a steep, paved driveway that features flat parking for 4+ vehicles.

Other Amenities
Bear Mountain Splash is packed with conveniences to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The washer/dryer in the cabin means you can wash pool towels and swimsuits after pool days or wash play clothes after a busy day in the yard. There’s even a new mudroom to hang winter coats, scarves, and hats. The cabin also features Wi-Fi so you can stay connected, checking out what’s happening in the area via our blog or staying on top of work. Please note the Wi-Fi is not ideal for streaming movies or shows.

Local Fun
About 20 minutes from downtown, Bear Mountain Splash offers the privacy of a cabin away from the busy attractions without being too far from the fun. You’ll find plenty to do in town, from go karts, laser tag, and miniature golf to shopping, dining, and art galleries.

Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park
This unique adventure park boasts a scenic waterfall zipline tour, the highest swinging bridge over water in the United States, hiking trails, and more!

Dollywood
Dolly Parton outdid herself once again at this awesome and popular theme park in Pigeon Forge. Ride roller coasters, play carnival games to earn prizes, watch live musicals, visit the eagle sanctuary, and more!

Legacy Mountain Ziplines
Ready for some high-flying fun? Head to Legacy Mountain Ziplines to fly through the trees, 500 feet above the ground! You’ll go up to 50 miles per hour and enjoy awesome treetop views!
