NOW OPEN! Ole Red, named after singer Blake Shelton’s hit Ol’ Red, is a new, fun, laid-back restaurant in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains (511 Parkway | Gatlinburg, TN | 37738). It fits right in with that warm Southern vibe of the Smokies, and it brings some major star power with it. You can always count on comfort foods, a relaxed atmosphere, and some good music for a great time. The Ole Red Gatlinburg menu has an impressive lineup, with fried pickles, deviled eggs, chili, wings, burgers, nachos, fried chicken, salads, meatloaf, chicken pot pie, a twist on classic Southern sides (like their Pimento mac ‘n’ beer cheese and chargrilled okra), and decadent desserts like the Ole Red Velvet Stack Cake, Turtle Funnel Cake, and Lucky Charms™ Banana Pudding!
It wouldn’t be a Blake Shelton restaurant without some good drinks, so you’ll find plenty to wash those dishes down with. Along with sodas, coffee, iced tea, sparkling water, and energy drinks, you can sip beer and “Blake-approved cocktails” like Ole Red Buckshot, Redneck Martini, or The Warden.

Ole Red in Gatlinburg isn’t the only thing new popping up in the Smokies. Pigeon Forge has its share of excitement too, including the new Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. And because it’s produced by the incomparable Dolly Parton, you know it’ll be good! Her shows and attractions always impress, and because she’s a Smoky Mountains native, each attraction she produces is clearly created with love for the area!
Opening in May 2019, Pirates Voyage in Pigeon Forge is “Fun, Fest & Adventure™.” During this action-packed dinner adventure, you’ll follow the pirates Blackbeard and Calico Jack as they take the Crimson and Sapphire crews into battle – with full-sized pirate ships, a lagoon, and more! From mermaids to birds to your hearty 4-course meal, it’s a night out you won’t soon forget!
